The Bouganvillage residence is located in the residential hamlet of Tanaunella, 2 km from the center of Budoni and 15 km from the renowned town of San Teodoro. The apartments, with independent entrances, are located inside the main building, equipped with a beautiful, shared, outdoor swimming pool, or outside in the immediate vicinity. The excellent location allows you to reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia in just a few minutes, including the beach of Porto Ainu, the Posada marina with its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni marina and the Bidderosa oasis; therefore the use of a car is suggested. Nearby there are archaeological, wildlife and folkloristic sites. The Residence is located about 1.5 km from Baia Sant'Anna and only 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia. The apartments are comfortably furnished and can be on the ground floor with patio or on the 1st floor with balcony, always equipped with table and chairs. The one bedroom apartment have living room with kitchenette and sofa double, one bedroom and a bathroom. MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN: 1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00 2) TOURIST TAX: Compulsory for the municipality of Budoni, in cash. The amount may vary according to the period. 3) DEPOSIT: €200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer). TO KNOW: 1) check-in from 17:00 to 20.00-check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. In case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested. 2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers. 3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory. OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE REPORTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT: 1) REORDER (excluding kitchenette): € 40.00; 2) HIGH CHAIR/PULLEY: €2.00 per day, per piece 3) FAMILY KIT (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair): € 8.00 per day. 4) BEACH TOWEL: rental € 5.00 per change 5) AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE: €2.00 per day. 6) COT (for children 0/2.99 years) ON REQUEST: € 5.00 per day, free if brought by the customer. 7) LINEN: bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per set (one set includes shower towel, face towel and guest towel); extra bed linen € 20.00 for double set, € 10.00 for single set. 8) TRANSFER: apt/pt Olbia €85.00 per car for 1/3 pax; €110.00 per car for 4/8 pax. From 22:00 to 06:00 surcharge of 30%. Supplement Golfo Aranci € 30.00 per car.
