Situated a short walk from the sea, Villa Valentina is a peaceful and family-friendly retreat within the prestigious, residential complex of Puntaldìa in the north-west of Sardinia. The air-conditioned Villa is built in a traditional Mediterranean-style and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The property has a large veranda with far-reaching views over the surrounding gardens to the beautiful white sands of Puntaldìa beach. Furnished with a large table that can seat 6 people and a comfortable seating area, this is the perfect place to relax with a book or simply soak up the sun. Inside the modern, open-plan living space incorporates a dining room, kitchen and soft seating area with a sofa and large, glass doors that lead directly onto the veranda. The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar and four stools and is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. An "on call" electric shuttle service (guests are allowed up to 4 calls per day) is included within the price and provides easy access to the nearby beaches of Brandinchi and Lu Impostu or can be used to reach the nearby boutiques, restaurants and bars. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom sleeps 4 and is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds. Bathrooms Bathrooms 1 and 2: Both bathrooms are fitted with freestanding showers, bidets, washbasins and a WC. Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away.

This nice and convenient apartment is in a very great location, few minutes from the beautiful beach, 10 minutes from Puntaldia, where you can find a supermarket, restaurants, cozy harbour, play area and unforgettable views. The apartment has everything you need, two air-conditions, two bathrooms with a shower, two sleeping rooms, washing machine, an iron, kitchen and a great terrace and garden. Everything is clear, the apartment is not very large but enough for one family. Very easy communication and check-in/check-out with Patrizia. It was a pleasant and enjoyable staying in Sardinia, we are looking forwards to do it again.

Casa nuovissima e pulita, con una bella veranda ampia all’esterno, vicinissima al mare. Internamente la zona giorno è ben arredata e confortevole. Pur esserndo una piccola casa è molto ben divisa e confortevole grazie ai tanti armadi. Aria condizionata è nuova e ben funzionante; purtroppo nella zona notte è presente solo uno split nel disimpegno tra le due camere da letto perció è necessario dormire con le porte aperte; ma non è un gran problema se si viaggià in famiglia. Puntaldia è un bellissimo posto con un mare meraviglioso, un piccolo centro vivace con bar, ristoranti e negozi di arredamento e di moda molto chic. Grazie dell’ospitalità siamo stati benissimo

Very clean, a little confusing with initially finding it. But parking spot is close. Apartment was very nice, just very tight, space wise in the bedrooms.

Patrizia è stata un host piacevole è disponibile. La villa è come si vede nelle foto, molto pulita e accogliente, situata in zona tranquilla. Dista circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto di Olbia e a 10 minuti da spiagge bellissima sia libere che attrezzate. Istruzioni molto chiare per il check-in. Un solo consiglio è quello di lasciare per gli ospiti qualche sacchetto per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti Giudizio finale ottimo

La posizione della casa è perfetta per le spiagge e per la tranquillità. La casa ha un grazioso giardinetto davanti con tavolo, solo che causa vespe, non si riesce sempre ad utilizzare per i pasti. In casa c'è tutto come piatti, posate, pentole, ferro da stiro...non c'è nulla circa detersivi e beni di prima necessità, bisogna fare una spesa completa all'arrivo. Nel complesso è una sistemazione molto gradevole, le finiture e arredamenti sono molto basici, ma pe runa vacanza breve vanno piu che bene! Non consiglio docce in contemporanea perchè mancherà pressione e acqua. Consiglio: i cuscini e federe del divano andrebbero rinnovate + mettere almeno una mensola nel bagno del letto matrimoniale perchè non c'è appoggio per spazzoli/dentifricio/creme. Penso che anche un asciuga capelli un pò piu potete sarebbe ben gradito.
