Inside, the apartment enjoys air conditioning. The open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a large dining table and 6 chairs, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine. This area flows through to a comfortable living space with a wall-mounted satellite TV, coffee table and double sofa bed. The property is fitted with a cool, practical tiled floor throughout. Location The village of Duba is 4 km from the town of Umag, a small, family-friendly holiday resort with a pebble beach equipped with child-friendly facilities. Here guests can organise many different sporting activities including; diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, bicycle hire, hiking, horse-riding, minigolf, paragliding, mountain bike routes, beach volleyball and tennis. The ATP tennis tournament, The Croatian Open takes place in Umag every July. There is also a children's playground, outdoor swimming pool, waterpark, indoor aquatic centre, wellness and fitness centre, and an 18-hole golf course (10 km away). Umag’s attractive old town is situated on a peninsula with narrow streets, cafes and restaurants. The resort is a 30 km drive from Porec, a 60 km drive from Rovinj and a 93 km drive from Pula.
