Both the Plan Praz ski lift and the L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station are a 10-minute walk away and the ski shuttle bus service, to all ski areas is also close by. In the summer there are hiking trails through stunning mountain scenery, rock climbing, mountaineering, paragliding, white water rafting, a large outdoor pool and tennis. The Accro Adventure Park is a 5-minute drive away, where you can climb and zip-line through high trees. For those looking for something more relaxing the QC Terme Spa is a 6-minute drive from the accommodation. The closest airport is Geneva, a 75-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

We loved the location and enjoyed the property. The only thing we weren't thrilled about was having to pick up and drop off the keys at another location which is not so easy when you don't have a car and you have luggage. I prefer to have a lock box on the property.

A fantastic location right in the centre of the Chamonix town, walkable to all the shops and restauratns. Note the lack of wifi, we missed this in the listing only to realise upon arrival with limited data left on our international sims. Overall the space was neat, however the floors were quite dirty and the couch bed was dusty. We had a lovely view of the mountains from the living room window though!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment (2 adults, 2 kids). The view from balcony was fantastic! Very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. For a rather small size apartment, there was plenty of storage place. Would be useful to have more than 1 kitchen towel. The only downside : no wifi connection..

Perfect location in Chamonix. Walking distance to everything in town. Great view from the terrace. Nice apartment with everything you need. We were 2 in the apartment. I think it would a bit cramped if you were 4 people. The bed was a little bit hard. I would recommend earplugs and a sleeping mask. So you can block you the noise from the road and the light. The curtains didn’t help much. But that is probably just me. Chamonix is a great place.

Emplacement super,joli appartement bien équipé,un balcon aménagé.Assez facile à trouver,mais pas tout près de l’endroit où on doit aller chercher la clé.Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de wifi,utile pour trouver randos,restos etc…Ce serait bien de pouvoir prendre l’appartement un peu avant,surtout la veille d’un marathon. Je recommande volontiers cet appartement,sans oublier la vue superbe du balcon.J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Det beste med leiligheten er dens beliggenhet! I en liten sidegate til gågaten, er dette det perfekte stedet å oppholde seg i Chamonix. Stedet har et godt utstyrt kjøkken og et romslig bad med vaskemaskin. Vi var tre personer, og måtte derfor benytte oss av sovesofaen. Den var ikke spesielt komfortabel, men fungerte til sitt formål. Kommunikasjonen med verten var enkel, men et minus var at all informasjon skulle gå gjennom Whats App (kan bli problematisk dersom det oppstår uenigheter). Det var også lite fleksibelt med sen utsjekk og å la bilen stå parkert i parkeringshuset etter utsjekk. Utsjekk er kl. 10.00, som er ganske tidlig. Alt i alt, et godt opphold!

Great location and very nice apartment. The apartment even had a washing machine, which was a nice surprise since it was not mentioned in the description. Due to the elevator it was very easy to move between the flat, exit and garage. Good service. When there was problem with the vacuum cleaner we got a new one immidiately.

The appartment was cozy and nice. Great advantage that it had a balcony so we kept our ski there. Would be great if wi-fi access was provided (it’s an additional cost to rent a wi-fi router). Also, if there was a drying rack to do laundry would be very useful :) The rest is all good.

Location is great and balcony overlooking the church. Balcony chairs and table were great for waiting outside. Strongest front door i’ve ever seen on a property. We grew to like the property but it requires a few key improvements for us to rebook and i would be looking to book only at less that €900 for 7 nights

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The view of Mt Blanc from the balcony was post card worthy. Short walk to everything Chamonix has to offer. Finding the office to retrieve the keys at check-in was difficult. And it would have been nice to have a few staples like coffee, sugar, slat, pepper in house. Perfect location in Chamonix. Walking distance to everything in town. Great view from the terrace. Nice apartment with everything you need. We were 2 in the apartment. I think it would a bit cramped if you were 4 people. The bed was a little bit hard. I would recommend earplugs and a sleeping mask. So you can block you the noise from the road and the light. The curtains didn’t help much. But that is probably just me. Chamonix is a great place.

Appartement idéalement placement près du centre ville. On n’y est pas gêné par le bruit de la rue principale. Juste à côté de la place de l’amitié pour les départs et arrivée de course, sans en subir le bruit. Et juste a côté des commerces.

Emplacement super,joli appartement bien équipé,un balcon aménagé.Assez facile à trouver,mais pas tout près de l’endroit où on doit aller chercher la clé.Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de wifi,utile pour trouver randos,restos etc…Ce serait bien de pouvoir prendre l’appartement un peu avant,surtout la veille d’un marathon. Je recommande volontiers cet appartement,sans oublier la vue superbe du balcon.J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Det beste med leiligheten er dens beliggenhet! I en liten sidegate til gågaten, er dette det perfekte stedet å oppholde seg i Chamonix. Stedet har et godt utstyrt kjøkken og et romslig bad med vaskemaskin. Vi var tre personer, og måtte derfor benytte oss av sovesofaen. Den var ikke spesielt komfortabel, men fungerte til sitt formål. Kommunikasjonen med verten var enkel, men et minus var at all informasjon skulle gå gjennom Whats App (kan bli problematisk dersom det oppstår uenigheter). Det var også lite fleksibelt med sen utsjekk og å la bilen stå parkert i parkeringshuset etter utsjekk. Utsjekk er kl. 10.00, som er ganske tidlig. Alt i alt, et godt opphold!

Great location and very nice apartment. The apartment even had a washing machine, which was a nice surprise since it was not mentioned in the description. Due to the elevator it was very easy to move between the flat, exit and garage. Good service. When there was problem with the vacuum cleaner we got a new one immidiately.

The appartment was cozy and nice. Great advantage that it had a balcony so we kept our ski there. Would be great if wi-fi access was provided (it’s an additional cost to rent a wi-fi router). Also, if there was a drying rack to do laundry would be very useful :) The rest is all good.

Emplacement idéal . Proche de tout. Le numéro du casier à skis n’est pas indiqué mais un appel à happy rentals et tout est ok. Logement idéal pour 2, pour 4 un peu juste si on veut un logement rangé. Il manquait des couvertures en plus pour les frileux.

I thought the unit was as advertised, however, the mattress was of poor quality. Very hard. My wife and I sleep on a firm mattress at home, but this mattress felt like sleeping on a wood plank.

Location is great and balcony overlooking the church. Balcony chairs and table were great for waiting outside. Strongest front door i’ve ever seen on a property. We grew to like the property but it requires a few key improvements for us to rebook and i would be looking to book only at less that €900 for 7 nights

Wi-Fi is indeed unavailable, as per the owners’ conscious choice, therefore it is neither advertised nor should it be expected. Even the TV will probably not be replaced by a smart TV when it dies.
