I stayed there with family; apartment is big and had had all necessary for our stay . We explored Zagreb city and around. There is a public parking and supermarket 5 min walking. Will use if come back again !

Apartamento grande, limpio y luminoso. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Está en un sitio muy céntrico, a 20 minutos de la plaza del reloj. Nos atendieron muy bien y nos dieron muchas facilidades a ala hora de la entrada y salida. Totalmente acondicionado. Altamente recomendable.

Thanks so much to all the Happy Rentals team for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment. Everything is as described and the apartment is spacious and stylish. Separation of guest room, kitchen, toilet, from the main living area creates two distinct areas for larger families to enjoy. Great position too on the main road into Trg Ban Jelečića, Dolac Market, Glovni Kolodvor, and great restaurants and shopping including 3 supermarkets in 5 minute walk if you want to self cater. Enjoy! Dobro došli!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was about a 30 minute walk from the centre which we hadn’t realised but that was ok. The tram also stopped in the road and went straight to the centre.

Prima verblijf. Mooie ruimtes, prima bedden en douche. Niet alles in de keuken beschikbaar maar voldoende om wat eten mee op tafel te zetten. Locatie is prima, tramhalte vlak voor de deur en binnen 10 minuten ben je met de tram in het centrum van Zagreb. Omgeving zelf ook wel prima.

Location was ideal, the apartment is exceptional and of high standard and is well looked after. The staff and contact persons for Happy Rentals are wonderful and always reachable! For those wishing to explore the Zagreb City this location will suit the needs for transportation to other locations but everything you need is well in walking distance. We have had a brilliant stay and recommend it without a doubt!!

Very clean and spacious. Host was so nice and offered many essentials with the apartment. One bathroom and one toilet which is essential when living with family. Good location with a 20 min walk to the city centre which was good after a whole lot of pizza… will definitely stay again!

Spotless and clean apartment in a fantastic location near the main city square, with all transport infrastructure and amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes) at its doorstep. Dino was a great host, very helpful and always responsive. He accommodated our late check in (12.00am) with no issues at all. The apartment matched the description and I would not hesitate to stay there when in Zagreb next.

Boravili smo u stanu 13 noćenja za 737 €. Lokacija je bila izvrsna, a dočekala nas je i boca šampanjca. No, tijekom boravka naišli smo na probleme. U hladnjaku smo našli otvoreni sok, a kuhinjska spužva je bila prljava i puna dlaka. Televizor nije radio, a unatoč obećanjima, nitko ga nije popravio. Internet je bio očajno spor pa smo koristili hotspot s mobitela. Nedostajale su propisane ZG vrećice za otpad, iako je u uputi u kuhinji navedeno da se nalaze ispod sudopera, što je izazvalo pritužbe susjeda i dodatne troškove. Podovi su škripali, a predstavnica stanara je došla na vrata i rekla kako su susjedi prigovarali zbog buke, čak je prigovarala i na čistačice koje održavaju apartman te nas je pitala do kada smo tu i rekla da će nas "istrpiti do tada". WC školjka je bila nestabilna, a tuš kabina propuštala vodu i širila neugodne mirise. S obzirom na cijenu, očekivali smo više te se ne planiramo vratiti, prvenstveno zbog susjeda koji su pokvarili dojam.

Graffiti on the door , floors are loose , toilet seat shakes , ac is only in the hallway . Property is on a busy street and a sketchy neighborhood. Else checked out early . They need a fill Reno . Informed happy rentals ..

Buona posizione, molto vicina al centro; appartamento molto spazioso e curato, nonostante l'ingresso sulla strada non lo lasci supporre (anzi, le scritte sulla porta esterna del palazzo danno l'idea di un posto trasandato, cosa che viene subito smentita all'interno), composto da sala da pranzo, corridoio e due camere grandi, area cucina, bagno e balcone. Ben arredato e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Faktycznie jest przestrzennie, ma dobrą lokalizację, klucz jest w skrytce, więc jak chcesz możesz przyjechać w środku nocy i nie przejmować się, że ktoś musi cię wpuścić. Plusem jest pralka. W okolicy są miejsca parkingowe (płatne, ale nie wyszło drogo)

Spacious, secure, 2 bedrooms, nice decor, great washing machine and airer, very comfortable bed, lots of power sockets and large TV. Host was very responsive and kindly sent detailed info about how the keys worked. Air conditioner and two fans worked well too.

This was our first time in Zagreb and unfortunately I simply can't recommend this property for several reasons: I was disappointed to learn that the property is owned/managed by a rental management company and NOT the property owner. We arrived at check-in (4 PM) and the stay was not ready; cleaners were still on-site. There were no clear instructions for how to contact the local rental team. Dino was very helpful but I had to dig to find his contact info. The surrounding area and streets are developing, dirty, and very busy. Car traffic by the property was noisy and fast. A casino is located next to the property. Air conditioning is advertised but its a single split unit, inadequate to cool the four connecting rooms. The fans were helpful, but we suffered with the 30 C heat. The floors were tidy but needed mopping, our bare feet were filthy. The rental team acknowledged last year that dining room chairs were stained, these are still not replaced.

There were/are(?) shower leak and drain maintenance issues at this property including bad drain smells emanating from the shower room. The cleaners should also hoover in the solid bed frames to remove crumbs/dirt from previous tenants. Dining furniture has some stains. With these issues being addressed and an fresh overhaul this would be a very nice welcoming space to stay in. The team are communicative but the drain issues need to be addressed.

Christina's apartment is spacious and well designed. The streetcars outside the door make getting around the city by transit easy. The apartment is located on the third level - 50 stairs up - from the front door. There is no elevator in the building. Getting all our luggage up the stairs was an arduous task - especially in 34C heat/humidity. There is no air conditioning, only two fans which are not comparable to A/C. It is necessary to open the windows to get a breeze going but the apartment is on a very busy street so it is noisy. The apartment door lock is difficult to use as it is very old. The hallway lights must be manually switched on from the ground level, so if you come in or go out after dark you will need a flashlight. The shower backed up and the manager offered to come and look at it but we opted to work around it as we did not want plumbers in the apartment while we were there. There is a notice on the (very small ) balcony not to go out due to safety issues).
