Super lokalizacją, wszędzie i wszystko w zasięgu krótkiego spacerku. Na bardzo duży plus jest ogromny taras z cudnym widokiem na góry. Ogólnie mieszkanie bardzo czyste jedyny minusik to bardzo ukurzone podłogi. Dodatkowy plus jedt garaż w budynku. Thomas wysłał dokładne i zrozumiałe instrukcje dotyczące dojazdu i odbioru kluczy. Obiekt posiada wszystkie rzeczy hakue powinno mieć mieszkanko. Ale polecam wszystkim ten obiekt i pewnie jeszcze sama skorzystam bo warto.

Wir waren für eine Segelregatta in Riva del Garda und die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Man kann einfach zu Fuss einkaufen und in die Stadt gehen, hat aber auch seine Ruhe auf der Terrasse. Die ist riiiiisieg und man hat mehr oder weniger den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist tiptop (Schneller Induktionsherd), die Betten bequem und auch der Internetzugang recht schnell. Gerne wieder einmal falls wir nächstes Jahr wieder segeln kommen.

Ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum, ein Radverleih gleich nebenan und eine riesige Dachterrasse! Dazu eine wirklich geräumige, komplett neu renovierte und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit Parkmöglichkeit ganz in der Nähe. Was will man mehr, wenn man als Familie am Gardasee unterwegs ist?

Schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen, groß und v.a. die Küche reichlich ausgestattet; Bad prima und i.O.; sauber. Die Schlafzimmer gut mit Schränken ausgestattet, gute Betten / Matratzen! Couch im Wohnzimmer weich und bequem; Aufzug okay und TG ausreichend (nicht zu groß geraten). Große sonnige Terrasse mit Ausblicken auf die Bergwelt (nicht auf den Gardasee). Es finden sich immer ein paar Mängel, die aber den insgesamt guten Eindruck nicht aufheben! Die riesengroße Terrasse wirkt sehr kahl - da würden sich ein paar Grünpflanzen (ja, die Pflege!) und eine zusätzliche Lounge-Garnitur gut machen Ein paar Bilder an den Wänden wären nett; die Bilderrahmen liegen schon unter dem Fernseher. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig und v.a. die Bewohner direkt über uns haben sehr laut gemacht - Lärm (durch Kinder?) bis weit nach Mitternacht

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse i Riva del Garda där vårt boende funkade toppenbra! Härligt läge, bra utrustat och nära till stad & vatten. Lite smutsigt på badrum, golv och uteplats men inget för illa. Lägenheten saknade AC vilket var ett stort minus då det blev väldigt varmt med bara en fläkt. Uteplatsen var enorm och härlig men saknade möbler. Allt som allt ett bra ställe!

We absolutely loved Riva, the walk from the apartment into town was a pleasant stroll. The apartment was big but could benefit from air conditioning and maybe more cleaning products and condiments left. Communication was very good - all and all a great location to discover Riva and surrounding areas.

Wir sind alles zu Fuß gelaufen und konnten Abends somit ganz einfach die Stadt erreichen. Wir waren somit jeden Abend in einem Anderen Lokal. Der Balkon ist Riesig und bot viel platz um zu verweilen. Der Blick auf die Berge ist sehr schön.

The airbnb itself was fine - just very basic! Great location as it’s a very easy 10 minute walk into Riva Del Garda center. The apartment looked like the photos so no surprises there, but I do wish it was a bit cleaner - the previous guests trash was still in the bin under the sink when we arrived. The beds are very hard and pillows provided were super flat which made sleeping uncomfortable. The outdoor space is HUGE! We were there in November so didn’t get to fully utilise it but I imagine it would be so lovely in the summer time! The check in process was my biggest hang up with this property. You have to drive to their rental office first to pick up the keys and then you can go to the actual apartment. The instructions were written out in a long document, which I’m sure they were just trying to be thorough, but it was all very overwhelming. Also, the parking space provided is a very small garage and our SUV did not fit so we had to park elsewhere. Local host communication was so slow
