The dining area leads to the well-equipped kitchen, and four steps lead down to the laundry room. To the right of the entrance there is a guest bathroom, a large double bedroom with French windows and en-suite bathroom with shower; an internal staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a gym with weights, a multi-function bench, a treadmill and a bathroom with shower. From the entrance to the villa, a beautiful and comfortable staircase leads to the first floor where there are 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers. The villa is equipped with air conditioning/heat pumps, Wi-Fi internet connection, Smart TV, cot, high chair, hairdryer, courtesy set in the bathrooms, shaded parking on the property, and table tennis.
