Als wir ankamen hat uns die Unterkunft aus einigen Gründen nicht zugesagt. Überwiegend lag das am Nachbarn, der gerade am Bauen und basteln ist. Im Aussen daher für Kinder nicht geeignet, Innen wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Als wir Marco um eine Lösung baten, da wir wegen den Kindern auf einen Aussenbereich angewiesen waren, hat er uns sofort eine andere Wohnung in der Nähe angeboten. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und schnell. Happy Rentals funktioniert als ganzes Team super und sind mega nett! Wir haben uns in der anderen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten den ganzen Urlaub noch geniessen können. Chicca, unsere Ansprechperson war stets schnell und kompetent zur Seite als wir zwei Anliegen/Fragen hatten. Danke dir für deine Einsätze und freundliche Art! Wir empfehlen Happy Rentals sehr gerne weiter!

La casa è nella ed in particolare la vista sulla Tavolara. Consiglio ai proprietari di mettere le zanzariere alle finestre vista la vicinanza al canale abbandonato proprio sotto il giardino che porta in casa tanti insetti. Cucina molto stretta per gestire i pranzi e cene per sei persone. Consiglio almeno di aggiungere una mensola sopra il muretto esistente in modo da aumentare il piano di appoggio per le cose. Per il resto casa bella. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo volentieri. grazie

L'alloggio ha rispettato le aspettative, nonostante alcune zone della casa (in particolare l'esterno) non fossero adeguatamente pulite. Detto ciò, interni discreti come da foto ed esterno molto bello con vista Tavolara. Complessivamente, soggiorno piacevole.
