cheap and cheerful. Kitchen isn’t great, ok if not wanting to cook meals, no over for example. Very small. Nice place overall though a perfect for a ski trip if you eat out.

L’appartamento di Roberta risulta essere in tutto e per tutto corrispondente alle descrizioni. La zona giorno e quella notte sono di generosissime dimensioni per essere un appartamento di montagna. L’approccio della gestione è affine a quella delle grandi catene di ricezione quindi tutto sterilizzato e organizzato. In definitiva assolutamente consigliato!!

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni piacevoli in una valle tutta da scoprire. L' alloggio è esattamente quello che si vede nelle foto. Il piano cottura è elettrico. Momentaneamente non funziona il servizio Wi-Fi ma il Sig.Mattalia (gentilissimo) ha detto che si stanno adoperando per provvedere al più presto. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Very cozy and comfortable place. It was pretty well heated in this snowy town. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was small but contained everything necessary. Easy access to the ski center with a 5-minute car drive, a 15-minute bus drive, and a 20-25-minute walk. What I didn't like was that the pictures in the information paper were taken during the summer, which were a little bit different than where everything was covered with snow. Thank you

Casa molto accogliente, dalle foto sembrava molto più piccola invece perfetta per 4 persone unica pecca era la cucina poco fornita soprattutto non erano presenti coltelli grandi per tagliare la carne, per il resto tutto perfetto

The arrival didn\'t go quite as planned. The keys were supposed to be in the key box, but the previous occupant had apparently forgotten to put them back. However, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently when we contacted the host, and the rest of our stay went smoothly. The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and new dishwashing supplies (sponge, dishcloth) had been left in the kitchen for the residents. The floor was covered with linoleum, which was in good condition and clean, and there was a sign in the hallway asking residents not to wear outdoor shoes inside. L'appartamento Pian dei Larici è carino e spazioso. L'arredamento è un po' datato ma è tenuto bene. Si trova in una zona tranquillissima ma comunque vicina al centro paese, che è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10/15 minuti. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Pulizia ottima e la cucina molto ben attrezzata . L'Agenzia Happy Rentals si è dimostrata molto ben organizzata e professionale. L'unica nota negativa è stata il divano letto in camera da letto, che non è comodo e che dovrebbe secondo me essere sostituito con un letto vero e proprio, anche perché lo spazio sufficiente c'è.

Liked the check-in instructions. Kitchen utensils very useful and abundant. The apartment was very clean. The host supplied plenty of supplies like towels, cleaning items etc. The apartment was very warm.
