On the 2nd floor of an attractive residence, this holiday apartment for 4 people, in the charming neighbourhood of Gran Villard, makes an ideal holiday destination all year round. The apartment, which is fully carpeted, except for the bathroom, has a spacious living area with a large sofa, traditional dresser, flatscreen TV and a wooden dining table with seating for 4 people. Double glass doors lead from the living room to the wooden balcony, which has wonderful mountain views. The separate, fitted kitchen, off the living area, is equipped with an induction hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Sleeping Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double sofa bed, a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom The tiled bathroom has a bath with shower, basin, bidet and WC Additional • Free Wifi • Flat screen TV • Hair dryer • Books library • Smoke detector • Central heating • Electric radiators • Shared garden • Ski storage • Near to ski shuttle bus • Private parking, car recommended • Child friendly • Pets allowed The date on which the heating is switched on is November 1st until April 30th Location The apartment is close to the resort of Sauze d’Oulx which is a popular holiday destination at any time of year. In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a super market and other smaller shops selling local delicacies. Turin airport is a 1 hour and 50 minutes drive from the apartment.

L’appartamento di Roberta risulta essere in tutto e per tutto corrispondente alle descrizioni. La zona giorno e quella notte sono di generosissime dimensioni per essere un appartamento di montagna. L’approccio della gestione è affine a quella delle grandi catene di ricezione quindi tutto sterilizzato e organizzato. In definitiva assolutamente consigliato!!

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni piacevoli in una valle tutta da scoprire. L' alloggio è esattamente quello che si vede nelle foto. Il piano cottura è elettrico. Momentaneamente non funziona il servizio Wi-Fi ma il Sig.Mattalia (gentilissimo) ha detto che si stanno adoperando per provvedere al più presto. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Casa molto accogliente, dalle foto sembrava molto più piccola invece perfetta per 4 persone unica pecca era la cucina poco fornita soprattutto non erano presenti coltelli grandi per tagliare la carne, per il resto tutto perfetto

Saapuminen ei mennyt ihan suunnitellusti, avaimet piti olla avainlaatikossa, mutta edellinen asukas vissiin unohtanut laittaa avaimet takaisin. Asia kuitenkin hoitui hyvin ja nopeasti kun otimme yhteyttä majoittajaan, loppu majoitusaika sujuikin hyvin. Asunto tilava, sängyt hyvät, asukkaille oli jätetty keittiöön uudet tiskaustarpeet (sieni, tiskirätti). Lattiassa kokolattiamatto joka oli hyvässä kunnossa ja siisti, eteisessä lappu ettei ulkokengillä sisään. Ulkona myös parkkipaikkoja.

L'appartamento Pian dei Larici è carino e spazioso. L'arredamento è un po' datato ma è tenuto bene. Si trova in una zona tranquillissima ma comunque vicina al centro paese, che è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10/15 minuti. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Pulizia ottima e la cucina molto ben attrezzata . L'Agenzia Happy Rentals si è dimostrata molto ben organizzata e professionale. L'unica nota negativa è stata il divano letto in camera da letto, che non è comodo e che dovrebbe secondo me essere sostituito con un letto vero e proprio, anche perché lo spazio sufficiente c'è.
