Just 50m from the beach, in the resort of Porto San Paolo, this 2nd-floor studio apartment makes an ideal base for friends or a family looking for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of Sardinia. The apartment can sleep up to 3 people and consists of an open-plan living area, with French windows opening out onto a shaded balcony. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, so guests can dine al fresco and enjoy the sea view over to Tavolara Island. Inside, the living space has a bunk bed, which can be used as a sofa during the day. The room is also furnished with a dining table/breakfast bar, with a flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a hob and fridge/freezer. Sleeping There is a bunk bed in the living room and a 3rd single bed which can be pulled out. Bathroom The attractively tiled bathroom has a glass shower, bidet, basin and WC. The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock, just 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes). Olbia airport, is just a 16-minute drive.

Monolocale stupendo con vista su Tavolara. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo e con il necessario per viverci 1 settimana. La posizione è fantastica, letteralmente a 2 minuti a piedi dal molo e dalla spiaggetta davanti alla piazza! ci sono diversi supermercati vicini tranquillamente raggiungibili a piedi. La signora Chicca è fantastica, è sempre pronta ad arrivare per qualsiasi evenienza (e anche molto velocemente devo dire😅) È in una zona davvero tranquillissima! io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo, torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno😊

J’ai été ravis de séjourner 1 semaine dans ce logement. Il est super bien placé (100 mètres de la plage) avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le logement est simple mais suffisant pour la semaine. Bonne échange et de très bon conseil Je recommande sans hésitation.

L’alloggio è situato in un punto perfetto del paese,vicino a tutte le necessità ,porto e altro..soprattutto porto San Paolo ritengo sia un punto di alloggio strategico per vedere le bellissime spiagge che lo circondano . Ho ritenuto sufficiente lo spazio dell’appartamento per le nostre vacanze (2 adulti + 1 bimba) , terrazza con vista su tavolara OTTIMA! La signora Chicca sempre molto disponibile !!!! l’appartamento Pecca solamente su alcuni moduli della cucina , e pulizia non eccellente , ma nell’insieme consiglio davvero questo alloggio !!!! Grazie ancora .

L' alloggio mi è piaciuto, sopratutto per la sua posizione. L' unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta riguarda le spese di luce e gas che non sono a effettivo consumo per kw o m³, come descritto nelle regole aggiuntive, ma a forfait a 5 euro al giorno (compreso anche di acqua).Per una persona mi è sembrato eccessivo

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Strandurlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Bus+Fußweg von Olbia Airport erreichbar. Unique selling point der Wohnung sind die Lage und der Balkon. Im Bad haben wir nichts vermisst, die Betten waren bequem. Sonst eher lieblos eingerichtet, das hat uns aber nicht groß gestört, da wir eh unterwegs waren. Die Kommunikation mit Happy Rentals war eher dürftig, wir haben keine Hausnummer und Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe erhalten und haben dann über die angegebene Telefonnummer das Team vor Ort angerufen, woraufhin zwei Personen vorbeikamen, uns die Wohnung zeigten und uns den Schlüssel gaben. Der Check-out lief etwas besser. Eine Gebühr für Wasser, Strom und Gas muss vor Ort in Bar bezahlt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

La vista dal terrazzino è impagabile e, con qualche piccola accortezza, il monolocale sarebbe proprio un gioiellino. Senza mai spostare l'auto è possibile visitare con sentieri a piedi numerose spiagge andando sia verso Costa Corallina che verso Cala Finanza e poi dalla spiaggetta di Porto San Paolo partono escursioni per le isole vicine, con possibilità di noleggiare gommoni. Cucina molto fornita. Personale gestilissimo e flessibile nelle operazioni di check in e check out. Grande Hania!

L'hôte est venue nous récupérer sur un parking parce que nous ne trouvions pas le logement. Elle était très agréable. Le logement était bien équipé en ce qui concerne le mobilier (machine à laver, serviette et drap, couvert et vaisselle). La vue est magnifique avec le lever du soleil en face du balcon. Nous avons pu faire plusieurs plages à pied grâce à la localisation. Une excursion vers Tavolara est également disponible à quelques mètres du logement.
