Palazzo Palermo 1817 is a completely renovated, antique palace, which has been converted into 3 stylish apartments. This first-floor flat sleeps 4 people and makes an ideal base for guests to explore Lake Garda and the surrounding area. The ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, water purification jug and coffee machine, making self-catering a breeze. There is also a flat-screen TV, an attractive dining table and chairs for casual meals. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom. Extra: A pouffe converts into a single bed for a child or teenager. Bathroom The modern bathroom has a hydro-massage shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC. Additional Services • Free Wifi • Double Smart TV • Air conditioning • Underfloor heating • Security safe • Hairdryer • Waste disposal • Public parking, car recommended • Cash security deposit required • Access to the property is by token and the lights are activated through the use of a magnetic card. Pets are allowed on request. However, guests cannot leave their pets behind during the day as they will have to take the card and there will be no light or air conditioning in the house. Location The apartment is in the historic centre of Salionze. It is only a few minutes walk from a mini-market, pharmacy, bar and an excellent bakery. Its location is ideal for those who want to reach the amusement parks of Lake Garda, such as Gardaland (10 minutes) and Movieland Studios (15 minutes). For keen cyclists, the apartment is next to the cycle-pedestrian path that runs along the river Mincio and connects Lake Garda with Mantua. The cities of Verona (35 minutes) and Mantua (40 minutes) make easy day trips. The town of Valeggio sul Mincio, known for its excellent restaurants, is 10 minutes by car and the romantic Borghetto, is just 15 minutes. Peschiera del Garda (10 minutes) hosts a weekly market (every Monday morning) and is the perfect place to pick up the best local produce to cook at home. Verona airport is only 25 minutes away.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Salionze! Die Wohnung ist neu, top gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet – sogar die Betten sind groß und sehr gemütlich. Besonders praktisch sind der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Haus und die sehr gute Klimaanlage, die für angenehme Nächte sorgt. Ein Bäcker und gute Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Für Ausflüge an den Gardasee oder nach Verona (30 Min.), Venedig oder Mailand (je ca. 1,5 Std.) ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, dann ist aber alles schnell erreichbar – vom Supermarkt bis zur E-Ladestation. Unsere Tochter fand das Durchgangszimmer mit Etagenbett super cool. Uns persönlich hat nur ein Backofen gefehlt, aber bei dem tollen und günstigen Essen in der Umgebung ist das wirklich kein Nachteil. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps wie den Jamaica Beach in Sirmione oder schöne Märkte gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Nice apartment, clean, and everything you need is available (vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dish washer etc. Parking space is limited. No apartment to stay with small children that want to play outside (direct next to road with car traffic). Other than that everything is very nice. Oh, the Wifi was very poor but that was because of the storm that past that previous week and destroyed the transmission towers nearby. Should be fixed soon.
