Byli jsme naprosto spokojení! Apartmán byl čistý, hned u vody a zároveň kousek od centra. Cena velmi příznivá a v okolí je pořád co dělat. Velkou výhodou je skvělá restaurace přímo pod bytem a obchod jen 5 minut pěšky. Nejlepší je soukromé parkování 3 minuty chůze od bytu. Určitě doporučujeme a rádi se vrátíme!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben und stimmt mit den Bildern überein. Von Vorteil ist die Tiefgarage, welche sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet. Zudem findet man in der Wohnung alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Ortsinnere von Riva erreicht man leicht in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Consigliatissimo, a due passi dal centro di Riva del Garda, parcheggio privato a poca distanza. Completo di tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno elettrico e microonde. Personale dell’agenzia professionale e sempre disponibile, comunicazioni per self check-in precise e dettagliate. Tutto perfetto!

Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Etage und war aufgrund der Temperaturen ziemlich aufgeheizt und mit einigem Verkehrslärm. Grundsätzlich entsprach sie dem Versprochenen. Allerdings waren bei Anreise leider einige Sauberkeitsmängel festzustellen. Bis zum Zentrum von Riva sind es fussläufig ca. 800m. Unten im Haus befindet sich ein leckerer Pizza Lieferdienst. Die Parkmöglichkeit befand sich in drei Gehminuten Entfernung in einer TiefgarageInsgesamt empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Gegend und man ist in 10-15min am Wasser. Sie ist größentechnisch für 4 Personen in Ordnung, leider war die Schlafcouch schon sehr durchgelegen. Im ersten Moment wirkt die Wohnung sauber, dem ist leider nicht wirklich so. Dusche und Toilette haben starke Verfärbungen, es gab nicht genug Platz für Handtücher und die Deckenlampe ist kaputt. Der Ventilator im Schlafzimmer ist verstaubt, der im Wohnzimmer geht nicht. Der Boden im Wohnzimmer war dreckig und klebte, der Kühlschrank stank und in einem Kochtopf klebten noch Nudelreste. Über dem Herd hängt ein Schild, dass man einen Gasgrill benutzen soll. Wir waren unsicher, was das zu bedeuten hat. Auf Nachfrage bei Thomas wurde mir gesagt, ich soll mich an die Leute vor Ort wenden, diese hatten schon Feierabend. Das gleiche bei der Frage am letzten Abend, wo der Müll hingebracht werden soll. Diesmal kam die Antwort erst nach dem Check-Out. Die Wohnung hat Potential und die Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss ist super.
