Just a 5-minute drive away is the Accro Adventure Park and Lac des Gaillands, ideal for hiking. The place is nice and cosy, beautiful surroundings. But the thing is; we had to rent a car to the ski-area’s. It’s not doable without a car, especially if you since the different ski-area’s and the shops are far away. And to walk next to the busy road to Chamonix is dangerous.

malheureusement le chalet n'étais pas très propre ( sol sale qui colle ) la vaiselle était sale également... l'appartement n'est pas beaucoup équipé pour cuisiner.

We thoroughly loved our stay here! About a 20 min walk into Chamonix central, it was the perfect spot to feel slightly away from the hustle and bustle and more amongst nature. The most amazing views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille de midi from the terrace! The cabin itself was a perfect size for a couple - only improvement could've been a fan for the upstairs as it was particularly hot + humid during our stay. Aside from that everything was great! If you're in Chamonix for the hiking there are some amazing trails starting right by the cabin including waterfall walks and even trails up to the Refuge Aiguille De Midi. We would love to stay again!

Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, kleiner als ich es mir vorgestellt habe, aber sauber. Bis ins Zentrum sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Drinnen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Aufstieg in den zweiten Stock ist sehr unbequem, außerdem steigt die warme Luft nach oben, sodass es im Schlafzimmer sehr heiß ist. Die Decke ist niedrig, man kann sich leicht den Kopf stoßen. Ich denke, der Preis ist zu hoch

Extérieur pas fidèle aux photos, manque d’entretien. Pas de hamac comme sur les photos, le banc est en très mauvais état, visses qui sortent du plancher de la terrasse. Pas ou très peu d’eau chaude, compliqué pour les douches. Pas d’intérêt de mettre un bain si pas possible d’en prendre. Je parle évidement du négatif mais le positif est l’emplacement à 15m à pieds du centre. Le départ de plusieurs rando depuis la location.

Nice place, beautiful view, set out of town approximately 1.5km, can be a little bit boring at night with no radio or tv, couple of suggestions for the owner, provide a TV, change the kettle and put a handrail on the steps.

Très belle vue sur les montagnes et l’ambiance chalet est très mignonne. L’emplacement est super, mais non accessible à pied (à moins de longer et traverser une départementale sans zone piétons). Couette qui tient chaud et plaid fourni, seulement le lit double n’est en fait que deux lits simples collés, ce qui crée un trou désagréable lorsqu’on dort à deux. L’ampoule de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas et n’a pas été changé malgré nos appels et messages ; on a dû faire la vaisselle au flash de téléphone. Salle de bain et baignoire propre dans laquelle on peut uniquement prendre des bains (et attendre qu’il coule pendant 30min), car la pression de l’eau chaude ne permet pas d’utiliser le pommeau de douche. Heureusement que le chauffage est super, et qu’il fait chaud à l’intérieur. Travaux dans l’espace collé au notre ; causant du bruit et du passage assez régulier devant la fenêtre. Bon séjour quand on y dort :)

Le mini-chalet est de premier abord plutôt mignon mais le ménage laisse à désirer. Poussière et saleté même si ça reste largement vivable. Le seul vrai inconvénient est la douche. Un misérable filet d'eau qui en plus ne tient pas au niveau de la pomme de douche. Dommage.

Quaint, small chalet, in a neighborhood of similar chalets. Can't really use the large patio in the winter, but would be fantastic in good weather, being able to enjoy the views of Mont Blanc. Had everything we needed to cook. Warm and had the perfect feeling for a mountain vacation.
