The nearest airport is Geneva Airport, approximately a 75-minute car ride away. The positive side of this lodging is that it is well suited for a child and reasonably affordable. However, the building and to some extent the apt is decrepit and we wouldn't stay here again. Just a few examples of issues: the building smells, is old and hardly maintained, and there are abandoned in the parking lot; in the apt many things don't work or are unfinished including outlets, fan covers, curtains, etc.

The appartment itself is very tastefully renovated, clean and well stocked. It felt very comfortable staying there. For families there are also lots of games/toys. The building in which the appartment is located is dank, dirty and very dated. That said, once you are in the appartment you do not notice that any more.

Petit séjour d’un week-end agréable au pied des Grands Montets et très proche de la gare pour circuler sans voiture. Logement avec jolie vue dégagée et bien équipé. Il faisait froid dans le logement à notre arrivée à 22h, le temps que la température monte le lendemain. Les frais de ménage sont élevés mais l’appartement était propre (un peu plus de dépoussiérage et c’est parfait) et le linge de lit et de toilettes sont au rendez-vous. L’équipe Happy rentals est très réactive et communique parfaitement, tant pour les informations et instructions que pour répondre aux questions.

All in all a good experience. The kitchen offers everything you need. The flat was okay clean. Here and there it could have been better. The pictures on the Internet look a bit better than in real life.

Appartement qui manque d'un cruel d'entretien de fond : - Absence de la grille de VMC de la cuisine qui est très très sale. - Lambris de bois qui se décollent dans la chambre. - Tapis de la chambre sale avec de grosses tâches - Store de la chambre à moitié arraché et qui tient avec du Scotch La residence est également mal entretenue : les parties communes sont sales, les balcons sont délabrés... La surface de l'appartement est sympa avec le coin nuit à l'étage. En revanche impossible d'aérer l'étage car aucune ouverture sur l'extérieur... La cuisine est dépourvue de four micro-ondes et ne disposait pas de l'huile d'olive comme précisé dans l'annonce : à disposition il y a uniquement du sel du poivre et du miel. Les plaques sont à induction. La literie est de bonne qualité et le linge de lit et de toilette bien propre. L'appartement était propre à notre arrivée. La gestion est assurée par Happy Rentals qui était très réactif aux messages 7/7. Bref ça ne vaut pas +100€/nuit !
