A stunning apartment that is right on the beach, but only a short walk from the charming town of Kraljevica. This first-floor apartment is in a contemporary property and makes an idyllic retreat. It is the perfect base from which to explore the Croatian coast and the stunning countryside away from the beach. The apartment, which sleeps 5 people, combines indoor and outdoor living with a large balcony overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea. The airy kitchen/dining area has a dining table for 5 and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Double French windows lead directly onto the balcony with wonderful sea views. The balcony makes a relaxing and stylish living area, furnished with sun loungers, a parasol and another dining table, where guests can enjoy meals al fresco. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom has a shower, basin and WC Bathroom 2: This independent bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin and WC. The area is known for its beautiful beaches and clear waters, but there is a lot of history to explore. Kraljevica (5 minutes) has not one, but two, castles as well as the Adriatic’s oldest shipbuilding yard and several excellent restaurants and cafés. The city of Rijeka (25 mins) also makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back at home. Rijeka International Airport is just 15 minutes away, over the Krk bridge, which can be seen from the apartment.

We absolutely loved it. We found ourselfs not even leaving the spot because we could go swimming right there at the pier. The only thing missing is a TV. Like many others said there is no parking included, but there are plenty of spots on the street. Maybe if youre older or struggle with walking consider something else since the way there is downhill/uphill some stairs. The inside was very clean, outside there were some leaves but nothing bad. Overall we recommend it very much.

Tolles Apartment mit Superblick und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen.Einen Parkplatz findet man eigentlich immer.Im Apartment ist nahezu alles vorhanden bis auf einen Toaster.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die ruhige Lage und der Zugang zu einem kleinen privaten Strandabschnitt. Traumhafte Terrasse und es ist alles da was man braucht. Internet gab es leider nicht.

Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden, wenn man Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre will, ist man hier genau richtig. Alles super schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen - KRK, Rijeka,…. Top ist der private Zugang zum Meer - der uns als Familie super gefallen hat. Was auf jeden Fall erwähnt werden muss: Wir haben bei Ankunft erst mal 30 Minuten suchen müssen wo wir hin müssen, dass müsste etwas besser beschrieben werden. Apartment ist nur zu Fuß über einige Treppen Berg runter zu erreichen. Küche ist mau ausgestattet- hatten Brettchen, Messer und Pfanne selbst dabei. Wir sind am zweiten Tag dann gleich noch einen Sonnenschirm kaufen gegangen, da es bei uns 37 grad hatte, mit Kids unumgänglich. Das einzige, es waren bei Ankunft nur 4 Betten bezogen, wir haben dann nachgefragt und sofort Bettwäsche bekommen, leider haben wir das Schlafsofa nicht ausgezogen bekommen - hier wäre ein Hochbett oder ein Einzelbett als zusätzliches Bett besser - alles in allem aber super zum entschleunigen :)

Ubytování přesně jako na fotkách, velká lednice, klimatizace v obou pokojích, kuchyňka malá ale praktická, chybí varná konvice ale dá se vyřešit varnou deskou, prostorná terasa, venkovní sprcha, není gril ale to také nebyl problém koupili jsme si přenosný za pár korun. Sejdete pár schodů a máte svůj vlastní soukromý úsek pláže, moře bylo čisté až azurové. Máte svoje soukromí. Jediné co je velká nevýhoda dostat se na ubytování s taškama. Nikde blízko žádné parkoviště musíte parkovat daleko a taky dojít na ubytování se spoustů schodů, takže pro starší lidi nedoporučuju. Jinak jsme si to zamilovali a určitě se budeme vracet. Děkujeme

Wir haben als Familie eine gute Woche hier verbracht. Man kann nur zu Fuß zum Haus gelangen. Die Ausstattung der Räume ist schon etwas älter aber ganz in Ordnung (Die Nachbarwohnung ist neuer und besser ausgestattet). Die zwei Dusch/Wcs sehr klein. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig aber auch recht laut, da er nicht im Schlafzimmer steht nicht so wichtig. Es gibt keinen Ofen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit Essbereich und zwei Liegen. Abends ein Glas Wein mit Blick aufs Meer ist großartig. Großer Sonnenschirm vorhanden und Außendusche. Der Außenbereich von diesem Appartment entschädig für die schlechtere Austattung im Vergleich zu Pearl 1. Die Verschattung des einen Schlafzimmers ließ sich nicht öffnen. Da wir mit Kleinkind geschlafen haben, nicht wichtig. Zu zweit hätte ich auf den Blick aufs Meer bestanden. Alles in allem ein schönes Domizil.

Alles soweit zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Eine Traum Aussicht, das Meer herrlich mit privatem Strand und absolute Ruhe. Wirklich ein Erholungsort. Einzig die Küchenausstattung was Töpfe und Pfannen anbelangt, war sehr dürftig, d. H. Kochen mit diesem Equipment für 4 Erwachsene Personen sehr beschwerlich. Grill Utensilien sind vorhanden, Grill fehlt aber. Was sehr beschwerlich ist, der Weg zum Auto bzw zur Wohnung mit vollen Einkaufstüten. Alles bergab/bergauf und Treppen.. Für Gehbehinderte ein no go, der Einkauf ist sehr beschwerlich. Wir waren zufrieden und können es sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Wlan funktioniert aber nicht mit dem dort angegebenem Passwort.
