A sun-filled, ground-floor apartment, which retains some of its original features, including beautiful terracotta floors and a high, beamed ceiling. This corner flat inspires outdoor living, with a private terrace and garden. It is one of 7 properties on a 50-hectare agriturismo where the owners grow olives for oil and grapes for wine. It is a wonderful holiday choice at any time of year. The apartment sleeps 3 people and has an airy, open-plan living area, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a wood-burning stove, a dining table and chairs. The wooden kitchen, with stone work surfaces, is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There are 2 doors which lead from the living room out into the garden and onto the private terrace. The terrace includes two deck chairs for relaxing; a table, chairs and an umbrella, for memorable meals al fresco. The shared gardens and swimming pool are beautifully maintained. The fenced pool has sunloungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim. The agriturismo also offers a shared BBQ, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen and dining area. There is a shared, shaded sitting area, which includes some gym equipment, so guests can work out whilst admiring the view. Sleeping Bedroom: This light bedroom has a painted iron double bed, a dressing table and an antique wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed. Bathroom The freshly painted bathroom has a basin, shower, bidet and WC. Additional • Free Wifi • Satellite TV • Shared swimming pool • Outside seating & dining areas • BBQ • Gym equipment • Private & shared gardens • Wood-burning stove • Air conditioning • Mosquito net • Hair dryer • Waste disposal • Child-friendly • Washing machine - additional cost • Private parking, car essential • Pets allowed but must be kept on a lead in common areas (not allowed in swimming pool area) • The agriturismo sells home-produced olive oil and wine on-site • Horse-riding on-site (additional cost). NB: The agriturismo is down 600 metres of dirt road off the main road. For larger groups, there are 6 other flats on the property. Please see ID’s 7982, 7983, 7984, 10001, 10002 and 10003. Location The 50-hectare estate nestles amongst hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the agriturismo is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops, a supermarket and a Saturday market for the best local produce, as well as clothing and homewares. Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is just 1 hour away and offers some of the finest galleries, museums and architecture in the world. As do the cities of Siena (1 hour) and Pisa, with its Leaning Tower (1 hour). Other towns worth visiting are San Gimignano (35 minutes), famous for its many towers, and, for “Twilight” fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a fascinating town with Etruscan roots. There are wonderful hiking and cycling routes nearby which will immerse you in the woods and glorious Tuscan countryside. The closest airports are Florence, 40 minutes drive, or Pisa, which is 1 hour away.

Guissepina and Francesco were so welcoming and helpful when we arrived prividing details on must see places and restaurants. Unfortunaitely I sprained my ankle while in Florence halfway through our stay but they gave me extra pillows, anica cream for my ankle and let us park our vehicle closer to the little villa. Even with other people staying on the grounds it felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was so peaceful, amazing views and calming bird song, a beautiful place to convalesce before the next step in our travels. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wenn man keine supermodernen Accessoires und Hilton-Vibes erwartet, bekommt man hier eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und regionalem Charme. The address you drive to is 75 but our apartment was 77, we must have missed this in the comms. Very quiet with stunning views the pool is just what you need in 30+ heat the place is very spacious and rustic. Plastic plants not necessary and were very dusty and there were some cobwebs in corners. All linen was very clean.

A peaceful Tuscan retreat – like having a private villa! We spent a wonderful time at this charming holiday home. With around 60 m², it offers a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom – all with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. Everything we needed was there – the house is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. Since we were almost alone on the property, it truly felt like our own private villa. The beautiful garden, the amazing pool, and plenty of space for our dog made it a perfect stay. At night, the peaceful atmosphere with fireflies and frogs was simply magical. The hosts were absolutely lovely and welcoming. There’s ample parking, though the access via a dirt road is a bit of a bumpy ride – but absolutely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and authenticity in Tuscany.

Absolute Ruhelage abseits der Hauptstraße. Schöne Aussicht und gepflegte Anlage neben einem Olivenhain und Reitstall. Toskana pur also. Gute Ausgangsbasis für die Gegend zwischen Siena, Florenz und Pisa. Alles innerhalb 1 Std. erreichbar. Information am Rande: Die Anlage ist nur über einen ausgefahrenen Feldweg/Schotterweg erreichbar und für tiefe Sportwagen absolut nicht geeignet.

Sehr schöner gemütlicher Hausteil in absolut schöner und ruhiger Lage. Perfekt für Ausflüge in die toskanische Umgebung / Städte. Im Haus ist eine gute Grundausstattung vorhanden. Im nahegelegenen Ort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Zufahrt ist mit normalem Auto möglich - ein Geländewagen ist jedoch perfekt geeignet.

With around 60 m², it offers a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom – all with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. Everything we needed was there – the house is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. Since we were almost alone on the property, it truly felt like our own private villa. The beautiful garden, the amazing pool, and plenty of space for our dog made it a perfect stay. At night, the peaceful atmosphere with fireflies and frogs was simply magical. The hosts were absolutely lovely and welcoming. There’s ample parking, though the access via a dirt road is a bit of a bumpy ride – but absolutely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and authenticity in Tuscany.

Absolute Ruhelage abseits der Hauptstraße. Schöne Aussicht und gepflegte Anlage neben einem Olivenhain und Reitstall. Toskana pur also. Gute Ausgangsbasis für die Gegend zwischen Siena, Florenz und Pisa. Alles innerhalb 1 Std. erreichbar. Information am Rande: Die Anlage ist nur über einen ausgefahrenen Feldweg/Schotterweg erreichbar und für tiefe Sportwagen absolut nicht geeignet.

Sehr schöner gemütlicher Hausteil in absolut schöner und ruhiger Lage. Perfekt für Ausflüge in die toskanische Umgebung / Städte. Im Haus ist eine gute Grundausstattung vorhanden. Im nahegelegenen Ort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Zufahrt ist mit normalem Auto möglich - ein Geländewagen ist jedoch perfekt geeignet.

- Top locatie, mits je over een auto beschikt. Steden als Florence, Pisa en Siena binnen een uur te bereiken. Grote supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden. - Rustig. - Prachtig uitzicht. - Eigenaar is heel behulpzaam. Eerder inchecken was geen probleem en hij hielp ons met de koffers. - Heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen. - Keuken beschikt over alle benodigdheden. - Ruim appartement.

De locatie was een ideale uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige steden en dorpen. Siena was een geweldig mooi stadje, een mini Florence. Daarnaast zeer onder de indruk van Lucca.
