The property is located on the West side of Nice, approximately a 10-minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and several beaches, including Florida Plage, Plage du Forum and Sporting Plage.
For culture, visitors can head to Villa Masséna, musée d'art et d'histoire , Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice (both a 10-minute walk) or take a car to the Musée Matisse, the Marc Chagall National Museum or the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), which are a 10-minute drive. Guests can also visit the iconic Place Massénaa and Vieux Nice (the Old Town), which are both approximately a 20-minute walk away.
There are several restaurants within a 5-10-minute walk and a supermarket less than a minute's walk.
