The two-bedroom holiday home is on the fourth floor of a five-storey building with lift access. Its terrace serves as this beautiful space to relax and dine with views of the outdoors. The living room offers access to the terrace and thus, keeps the room naturally illuminated and ventilated. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining area and a kitchen at the end. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a toaster, a fridge and an electric kettle. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The well-kept bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The comfortable bedroom has a double and a wardrobe. It is hardly a kilometer away from Lake Lugano and its scenic lakefront. The old town center, which is about 9 minutes away from here, has a number of Renaissance and Baroque churches, arcades squares and other monuments worth exploring. Lugano is also known for its lakeside parks and the views of Monte Brè and Monte San Salvatore. Since the town is a well-developed tourist center, it is full of shopping destinations offering both local and international brands. There are a number of restaurants, take-away, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy within 500 meters of the house. A golf course and a tennis club are about 3 kilometers and 2 kilometers from the apartment respectively. The nearest train station is about 4 minutes’ drive from here. The nearest International Airport is about an hour's drive.

L’appartamento si affaccia su una zona verde interna dunque è molto tranquilla inoltre sotto casa c’è la fermata del bus per il centro per è stato molto facile spostarsi la gerenza molto efficiente ha subito evaso una mia richiesta unica piccola pecca la doccia è fornita di una tenda insufficiente ad evitare l’uscita dell’acqua per necessità asciugare in continuazione tuttavia ciò non inficia la complessiva validità dell alloggio di cui sono rimasta soddisfatta

Quelques petits soucis de plomberie qui ont était arrangé rapidement. Petit bémol sur le travail des plombiers qui ont laissé la salle de bain dans un etat pitoyable, mais qui n'est pas la faute de l'agence. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Everything was excellent. Everything was clean, the supermarket was really close, and the center was 10 min walking or 2 min by bus. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because you have to pick up and also leave the keys in a location that is 1km from the apartment, if you have a car is ok but in any other case is a little bit inconvenient. Excluding that i can recommend the apartment 100%.

Propre et simple. Mais il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine : fourchettes, couteaux, verres, pas de carafe pour l'eau ni de récipient pour la tisane ou thé. La salle de bain est jolie, mais la douche très petite avec un rideau qui colle à la peau. Le quartier est bruyant... Sonia l'intervenante en français est très gentille et a palier aux manques rapidement. La région est magnifique et je vous encourage à visiter le Tessin.

Manque de couverts, moisissures à la salle de bain, lave vaisselle inutilisable (manquait du sel). Radiateur de la chambre à coucher bloqué au maximum. Les portes des chambres ne fermaient pas.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmässig. Wir benutzten sie einfach als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für an einem Anlass teilzunehmen.

Propre et simple. Mais il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine : fourchettes, couteaux, verres, pas de carafe pour l'eau ni de récipient pour la tisane ou thé. La salle de bain est jolie, mais la douche très petite avec un rideau qui colle à la peau. Le quartier est bruyant... Sonia l'intervenante en français est très gentille et a palier aux manques rapidement. La région est magnifique et je vous encourage à visiter le Tessin.
