A sunny studio apartment on the third floor of a striking residence on a quiet street in central Lugano, just a 20 minute walk from the shores of Lake Lugano. This unique, luxurious development is an ideal place to stay whether you are in Lugano on business or a city break. The communal facilities include co-working space, a ground floor bar and restaurant with outdoor seating, a gym and secure storage space. The bright studio apartment sleeps 2 people. The spacious living room has a large window and door that leads out onto a private covered balcony with a wooden table and two chairs. The elegant living area, with its pale stone floors, has a contemporary sofa, coffee table and a flat screen Smart TV. At the other end of the room there is an open plan kitchen equipped with everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. Next to this is the dining table with 2 chairs. Sleeping There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room. Bathroom The stylish stone-tiled bathroom has a glass shower, large basin and WC. For holiday makers, the options are endless. In the Ticino Canton, in Italian-speaking Switzerland, Lugano really combines the best of both cultures. This heritage is celebrated at MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20 minute walk) which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. The city also hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. A day trip on the Lago Lugano is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. Another favourite is Piazza della Riforma (20 minute walk), the heart of the city. It is a beautiful square lined with excellent restaurants and cafés. For self-catering, there are many excellent food shops in the city, as well as the farmers market on Tuesday and Friday in Via Carducci (20 minutes walk). The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25 minute walk from the apartment.

Beautiful modern apartment, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Only around 20 minutes walk from the city centre with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The free laundry room in the basement is fantastic and was well appreciated.

Ruhige Lage, sehr sinnvolle Ausstattung mit viel Platz. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Service bei Fragen ist immer verfügbar und hilft. Die Funktion der Schlüsselapp war zuerst gewöhnungsbedürftig, da ich in der Schweiz zuerst kein Internet hatte und die Zimmernummer in der App nicht gleich gefunden habe.

Had everything we needed and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Really good to have a kitchen as we are not used to Switzerland prices and preferred cooking most of our own meals.
