Bezüglich des Bettenkomforts bedauern wir sehr, dass er nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Außerdem möchten wir klarstellen, dass wir als Residenz und nicht als Hotel den Handtuchwechsel während des Aufenthalts nicht automatisch durchführen – frische Handtücher können jedoch jederzeit angefordert werden.
