Eine stilvolle, zeitgenössische Wohnung im ersten Stock einer modernen Residenz, die sich das ganze Jahr über als Ausgangspunkt für einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub eignet. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Die Eigentümer haben sich bei der Einrichtung große Mühe gegeben und einen komfortablen, entspannenden Rückzugsort geschaffen. Der geräumige Wohnbereich ist leicht unterteilt, mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, die mit einem Sofa, einem Holzsessel und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet ist. Am anderen Ende des Raumes befindet sich eine attraktive Essgruppe mit einer Eckbank und einer Glastür, die auf den privaten Balkon führt. Hier können die Gäste sitzen und bei einer Tasse Kaffee die Aussicht genießen. Die Küche liegt neben dem Essbereich und ist durch eine Durchreiche mit den beiden Räumen verbunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Raclette-, Fondue- und Kaffeemaschine. Den Gästen steht ein gepflegter Gemeinschaftsgarten zur Verfügung. In den Sommermonaten (Anfang Juni bis Mitte September) können die Gäste auch den beheizten Swimmingpool nutzen, der auch von den anderen Wohnungen der Residenz genutzt wird. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Doppelbett, das in 2 Einzelbetten getrennt werden kann. Schlafzimmer 2: Das zweite gemütliche Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten und ein Etagenbett mit einem dritten Einzelbett, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schminktisch/Arbeitsbereich. Badezimmer Das geflieste Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine. Das WC befindet sich in einem separaten Raum. Zusätzliche - Kostenloses WLAN - Balkon - Beheiztes Gemeinschaftsschwimmbad (geöffnet vom 15. Juni bis 15. September) - Gemeinsamer Garten - Zentralheizung - Flachbildfernseher - Waschmaschine - Rauchmelder - Haartrockner - Musikanlage - Skiabstellraum - Nähe zum Skigebiet & Skibus - Privater Parkplatz (überdachte Garage, max. Höhe 2,15m), aber kein Auto erforderlich - Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden - Bushaltestelle 30m entfernt - Kinderfreundlich - Für ältere Gäste geeignet Hinweis: Der offene Kamin kann aufgrund der örtlichen Luftverschmutzungsvorschriften nicht genutzt werden. Standort Das Haus liegt im Dorf Montroc, 3 Autominuten von den Skiliften von Le Tour und 3 Minuten vom beliebten Skiort Argentière entfernt, in der Nähe der Grands-Montets-Skilifte, Shuttlebusse und Pisten. Auf einigen der höher gelegenen Pisten in der Umgebung von Argentière kann man auch später in der Saison Ski fahren, manchmal sogar bis Anfang Mai. In den Sommermonaten ist das Tal voll mit Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Mountainbiking, Bergsteigen, Reiten, Wildwasser-Rafting, Paragliding, Tennis und Golf. In Argentière (3 Autominuten entfernt) gibt es viele Annehmlichkeiten, die Besucher benötigen, darunter Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Jeden Sonntagmorgen findet der Wochenmarkt statt, auf dem Sie die besten lokalen Produkte kaufen können. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topographie, der Lage und der Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

Lovely chalet! Be careful if you’re tall in the kitchen not to bump your head above the cooking stove. Bed is nice, balcony has a beautiful view. Bathroom and all the amenities are really good! Only thing is make sure you really read the checkin instructions because the key needs to be picked up from Argentiere, not Mont Roc, which caught me out because I didn’t read the instructions well enough. Would love a few more cooking basics, like oil or some tea/coffee but otherwise a lovely place with great amenities! I‘d stay there again!

Appartement très fonctionnel pour notre famille de 4 avec une très belle vue sur le mont blanc. Un bémol sur la qualité des matelas du lit double qui sont en fait 2 matelas avec l'un plus bas et plus mou que l'autre, l'absence de verre à vin et de reglement de la copropriété qui nous a coûté quelques rappels par le gardien. Le logement est bien situé, notamment à proximité de la gare, l'office de tourisme de l'argentiere a été super efficace pour nous donner toutes les documentations nécessaires à ce que notre séjour soit appréciable, à noter par exemple que l'on a pu bénéficier du train gratuit entre servoz et Valorcine sur justificatif de notre réservation on nous a donné un carte d'hôte permettant de profiter de se déplacer en train.

Happy Rentals which is the party that makes the arrangement for the house is very comercial. The check in for the house is very late: after 16:00 and not 1 minute sooner. The house is a bit outdated: never been modernised after 1970 or something. Brown tiles and old carpet in the bedrooms. No dishwasher or decent oven. Surrounded by unkind neighbours that whatch your every step and are rude. The location is great at 15 minutes from Chamonix. The view at Mont Blanc from the balcony of the house is amazing. The pool very Nice to cool down on a hit summer day. Don’t forget to ask for the carte d’hôte with which you can travel with the train for Free to Chamonix because parking in high season is difficult and expensive.
