Die besten Ferienhäuser in ganz Europa!
Ein ländliches Ferienhaus, ideal, um die sonnige Landschaft des Salento zu erleben, umgeben von 4 Hektar Außenbereich. Auf der Grünfläche wachsen Blumen, Olivenbäume, Kiefern, Zypressen und Obstbäume wie Zitrusfrüchte (Zitronen, Mander, Orangen), Feigen und Kaktusfeigen. Von den Zimmern aus führt ein Chianche-Weg zum Schwimmbadbereich mit einer großen Wasserfläche von 6x12m, mit einer festen Tiefe von 1,4m. Rund um den Pool gibt es verschiedene Pavillons und eine Piano-Bar, während es in der Nähe einen schönen Teich mit Goldfischen gibt, der auch für kleine Gäste geeignet ist. Das Anwesen verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, alle mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett ausgestattet, mit einem separaten Eingang. Ein erstes Doppelzimmer mit gewölbter Decke, Ankleidezimmer mit Mini-Kühlschrank. Das zweite Doppelzimmer ähnlich wie das vorherige. Alle Zimmer verfügen über: Klimaanlage, TV, Haartrockner, Mini-Kühlschrank und werden zusammen mit einer einzigen Feriengruppe vermietet. Vor ihnen befindet sich ein großer gemauerter Innenhof, in dem überdachte Pavillons mit Tischen und Stühlen aufgestellt sind. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer: alle haben ein Bidet, eine Dusche und ein WC. Die Hausverwalter wohnen in einem Flügel des Bauernhofs, der an die Zimmer angrenzt, aber abgeschirmt ist, um die Privatsphäre zu wahren. Sie garantieren die Ordnung und Sauberkeit des Gartens und der Gemeinschaftsräume sowie den Empfang in der Struktur. Es ist eine ländliche Unterkunft, also kein Luxus, sondern echt, in Symbiose mit der apulischen Natur zu sein. Der Name des Bauernhofs "Le Palmentelle" leitet sich von den beiden Mühlsteinen ab, die sich in einem der Räume befinden, oder von den Steintanks, die früher für die Gärung des Mosts verwendet wurden. Das Gebiet, in dem sich der Betrieb befindet, liegt in der Nähe der schönen Strände des Salento und der schönen Stadt Lecce. WICHTIG: Auf dem Anwesen leben 3 Hunde und 3 Katzen. A beautiful place run by the exceptional and cordial Danile and Diana! They love animals and nature! They love life! Dogs, turtles, frogs in a mini pond, lizards. A paradise for children. For adults who like to relax surrounded by nature. Stylish apartments with everything you need for a family vacation. The pool is fantastic, and you can also swim in the evening. We have been looking for such an oasis of peace for a long time. An olive grove, delicious figs. All around, there are places to rest (hammocks, deck chairs) and eat together (including a barbecue).
