Las mejores casas de vacaciones de Europa
Una casa rural ideal para vivir la soleada campiña de Salento, abrazada por 4 hectáreas de espacio exterior. El espacio verde ve flores, olivos, pinos, cipreses y árboles frutales como cítricos (limones, manders, naranjas), higos y chumberas. Desde las habitaciones, un camino de chianche conduce a la zona de la piscina, con una gran masa de agua de 6x12m, con una profundidad fija de 1,4m. Alrededor de la piscina hay varios cenadores y un piano bar, mientras que cerca hay un bonito estanque con peces de colores, también agradable para los pequeños huéspedes. La propiedad tiene 3 dormitorios, todos equipados con una cama doble y una cama individual, con entrada independiente. Una primera habitación doble con techo abovedado, vestidor con mini-nevera. La segunda habitación doble similar a la anterior. La tercera en la que la cama principal se sitúa en el altillo y también encontramos una cocina equipada de 4 fuegos con también nevera y congelador. Todas las habitaciones disponen de: aire acondicionado, TV, secador de pelo, mini-nevera y se alquilan conjuntamente con un solo grupo de vacaciones. Delante de ellas hay un gran patio de ladrillo en el que se colocan cenadores cubiertos con mesas y sillas. Hay 3 cuartos de baño: todos tienen bidé, ducha y WC. Los administradores de la propiedad viven en un ala de la granja, junto a las habitaciones, pero protegidos para mayor privacidad. Garantizan el orden y la limpieza del jardín y las zonas comunes, así como la acogida en la estructura. Se trata de un alojamiento rural, por lo tanto no de lujo, sino genuino, para estar en simbiosis con la naturaleza de Apulia. El nombre de la granja \ "Le Palmentelle\" se deriva de las dos piedras de molino presentes en una de las habitaciones, o tanques de piedra, que fueron utilizados anteriormente para la fermentación de los mostos. La zona en la que se encuentra la granja está cerca de las hermosas playas de Salento y de la bella Lecce. IMPORTANTE: en la propiedad viven 3 perros y 3 gatos. Przepiękne miejsce prowadzone przez wyjątkowe i serdeczne Danile i Dianę! Kochajace zwierzęta i naturę! Kochające życie ! Psy,żółwie,żaby w mini stawie,jaszczurki.Dla dzieci raj.Dla dorosłych lubiących relaks z naturą wokół. Apartamenty stylowe,mają wszystko co potrzeba do rodzinnego wypoczynku. Basen rewelacja, można też popływać wieczorną porą. Takiej oazy spokoju szukaliśmy od dawna.Gaj oliwny,pyszne figi. Wkoło miejsca do odpoczynku(hamaki,leżaki) i wspólnych posiłków(również grill) Jesteśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni gościnnością. Dziękujemy raz jeszcze za miły czas i przepyszny aperitif od serca.
