We understand, however, that comfort expectations can differ, particularly when accommodating four adults for a ski holiday rather than a family stay. Regarding the dining area and living space, we regret if the arrangement felt less practical for your group. We take note of your comment and will evaluate possible improvements. Concerning the kitchen equipment, we will verify the inventory with our housekeeping team. With respect to the electrical issue, we would have gladly assisted you during your stay had we been informed, as the simultaneous use of multiple high-consumption appliances can occasionally require adjustment of the power load.
