We are sorry to read that certain aspects of the layout and equipment did not fully meet your expectations. As the apartment is located in a traditional alpine building, some areas — including one of the bedrooms — have characteristic sloped ceilings, which are clearly visible in the photos. We understand, however, that comfort expectations can differ, particularly when accommodating four adults for a ski holiday rather than a family stay. Regarding the dining area and living space, we regret if the arrangement felt less practical for your group. We take note of your comment and will evaluate possible improvements. Concerning the kitchen equipment, we will verify the inventory with our housekeeping team. With respect to the electrical issue, we would have gladly assisted you during your stay had we been informed, as the simultaneous use of multiple high-consumption appliances can occasionally require adjustment of the power load. We regret that this affected your dinner. Thank you also for pointing out the limited number of hooks for winter clothing; feedback like yours helps us identify practical improvements, especially during the ski season. As for the price, it reflects the peak winter period, the central location, and the high seasonal demand. We always aim to position our rates in line with the local market.
