Das Apartment liegt am Rande des Ferienortes mit Blick auf den Wald, bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, da Gäste direkt vom Gebäude aus auf die Piste fahren können. In den Sommermonaten befinden sich wunderschöne Wanderwege und weitere Annehmlichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im ersten Stock verfügt das Apartment über einen gemütlichen offenen Wohnbereich mit einem Sofa, einem Flachbildfernseher und einem Esstisch aus Holz für 4 Personen. Eine Glastür führt auf einen Balkon, von dem aus man direkt auf den bewaldeten Hang blickt. Zurück im Innenbereich, am anderen Ende des Raums, befindet sich eine Einbauküche, die mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einem Backofen, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Kaffeemaschine und einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet ist. Schlafbereiche Schlafzimmer 1: Das charmante Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über Stauraum aus Holz und ein Kingsize-Doppelbett. Schlafzimmer 2: Dieses zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein ausklappbares Etagenbett und eine Tür, die auf einen überdachten Balkon führt. I wouldn't say the apartment is ski in/ski out, but it is just a short walk down to the main centre of Sestriere. The apartment itself was warm, clean, and had everything needed for our stay. If staying, pay very close attention to the photos in the guide on how to find the apartment - we came up from the car park in the wrong elevator and took us a long time to find our way! Overall a nice spot.

Apartment was warm, adequately equipped, near slopes but definitely not ski-in/ski-out. Parking a bonus but only suitable for a small car. Unfortunately sound insulation between apartments is very poor.

Finding the flat is a little hard. There are two blocks in the court yard so you have to be careful which one you are in. and the Flat does not have the name anywhere... it would be better if the door number was provided. Once in Flat is as described. Small, but does the job. I would return
