Am Rande des Resorts mit Blick auf den Wald, die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und ist eine bequeme Basis, da die Gäste in und aus dem Gebäude Ski fahren können. In den Sommermonaten ist es in der Nähe von schönen Wanderwegen und anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Im ersten Stock verfügt die Wohnung über einen gemütlichen, offenen Wohnbereich mit einem Sofa, einem Flachbildfernseher und einem Esstisch aus Holz für 4 Personen. Eine Glastür führt auf einen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die bewaldeten Hügel. Im hinteren Teil des Raumes befindet sich eine Einbauküche, die mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet ist. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das charmante Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit Holzregalen und einem Kingsize-Doppelbett ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer 2: Dieses zweite Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem ausziehbaren Etagenbett und einer Tür, die auf einen überdachten Balkon führt. Badezimmer Das unabhängige geflieste Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken, einem Bidet, einer Waschmaschine und einem WC ausgestattet. Zusätzliche - Kostenloses Wifi - Balkon - Flachbildfernseher - Zentralheizung - Waschmaschine - Haartrockner - Rauch- und CO-Detektoren - Nähe zum Skigebiet und zum Skilift - Ski in und out - Privatparkplatz und kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz - Auto nicht erforderlich - Haustiere möglich - Kinderfreundlich - Skiraum Die Heizung wird vom 1. November bis zum 30. April eingeschaltet. Standort Sestriere war Austragungsort der alpinen Wettkämpfe der Olympischen Winterspiele 2006 und verfügt über ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen zum Skifahren und Snowboarden mit gut gepflegten Pisten und Liften. Die Lage der Wohnung bietet den Gästen einen guten Zugang zu den Bergen. Aber nicht nur in den Wintermonaten, sondern das ganze Jahr über gibt es hier viel zu erleben. Im Sommer kann man in den Wäldern und auf den Almen wandern. Es gibt zahlreiche Mountainbikestrecken für alle Schwierigkeitsgrade sowie Tennis, Golf und Schwimmen. In der Region finden auch zahlreiche Feste und Veranstaltungen für alle Altersgruppen statt, darunter Umweltinitiativen und Kulturabende. In Sestriere gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Bars, die für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget etwas zu bieten haben. Für Selbstversorger gibt es in Sestriere Supermärkte und kleinere Geschäfte, die lokale Spezialitäten anbieten. Der Flughafen Turin ist 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt.

I wouldn't say the apartment is ski in/ski out, but it is just a short walk down to the main centre of Sestriere. The apartment itself was warm, clean, and had everything needed for our stay. If staying, pay very close attention to the photos in the guide on how to find the apartment - we came up from the car park in the wrong elevator and took us a long time to find our way! Overall a nice spot.

Apartment was warm, adequately equipped, near slopes but definitely not ski-in/ski-out. Parking a bonus but only suitable for a small car. Unfortunately sound insulation between apartments is very poor.

Finding the flat is a little hard. There are two blocks in the court yard so you have to be careful which one you are in. and the Flat does not have the name anywhere... it would be better if the door number was provided. Once in Flat is as described. Small, but does the job. I would return
