Situé à l'orée de la station et donnant sur la forêt, l'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes et constitue un point de départ pratique puisque les clients peuvent skier à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'immeuble. Pendant les mois d'été, il se trouve à proximité de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée et d'autres installations. Au premier étage, l'appartement dispose d'un espace de vie ouvert et confortable avec un canapé, une télévision à écran plat et une table à manger en bois pour 4 personnes. Une porte vitrée s'ouvre sur un balcon qui donne directement sur la colline boisée. À l'intérieur, au fond de la pièce, se trouve une kitchenette équipée d'une plaque de cuisson à induction, d'un four, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une machine à café et d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur. Couchage Chambre 1 : La charmante chambre principale dispose de rangements en bois et d'un lit double king-size. Chambre 2 : Cette deuxième chambre comprend un lit superposé escamotable et une porte donnant sur un balcon couvert. Salle de bains La salle de bain carrelée indépendante est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet, d'un lave-linge et de WC. En plus - Wifi gratuit - Balcon - TV à écran plat - Chauffage central - Lave-linge - Sèche-cheveux - Détecteurs de fumée et de CO - Proximité du ski et des remontées mécaniques - Accès skis aux pieds - Parking privé et parking public gratuit - voiture non nécessaire - Animaux domestiques possibles - Accueil des enfants - Local à skis La date de mise en route du chauffage est du 1er novembre au 30 avril. Situation Sestriere a accueilli les épreuves alpines des Jeux olympiques d'hiver de 2006 et dispose d'excellentes installations pour le ski et le snowboard, avec des pistes et des remontées mécaniques bien entretenues. L'emplacement de l'appartement permet aux clients d'accéder facilement aux montagnes. Cependant, il y a beaucoup à faire tout au long de l'année, et pas seulement pendant les mois d'hiver. En été, les visiteurs peuvent faire des randonnées dans les forêts et les prairies alpines. Il y a de nombreuses pistes de VTT pour tous les niveaux, ainsi que du tennis, du golf et de la natation. La région accueille également de nombreux festivals et événements pour tous les âges, notamment des initiatives environnementales et des soirées culturelles. Sestriere compte de nombreux restaurants et bars de qualité, qui satisferont tous les goûts et tous les budgets. Pour l'hébergement, Sestriere dispose de supermarchés et de petits magasins vendant des spécialités locales. L'aéroport de Turin se trouve à 1 heure et 40 minutes de route de l'appartement.

I wouldn't say the apartment is ski in/ski out, but it is just a short walk down to the main centre of Sestriere. The apartment itself was warm, clean, and had everything needed for our stay. If staying, pay very close attention to the photos in the guide on how to find the apartment - we came up from the car park in the wrong elevator and took us a long time to find our way! Overall a nice spot.

Apartment was warm, adequately equipped, near slopes but definitely not ski-in/ski-out. Parking a bonus but only suitable for a small car. Unfortunately sound insulation between apartments is very poor.

Finding the flat is a little hard. There are two blocks in the court yard so you have to be careful which one you are in. and the Flat does not have the name anywhere... it would be better if the door number was provided. Once in Flat is as described. Small, but does the job. I would return
