Im Erdgeschoss eines modernen Wohnhauses gelegen, bietet diese Wohnung Platz für 5 Personen. In der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten und der Skipisten, ist es ideal für Freunde oder Familien, die eine bequeme Basis im Mont-Blanc-Tal suchen. Der offene Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa, viel Stauraum, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen attraktiven Esstisch aus Holz. Eine Glastür führt auf die private, überdachte Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen Tisch und Stühle für entspannte Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Küche ist durch eine praktische Durchreiche vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Fondue. Schlafen Das Schlafzimmer: Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Holzwänden hat ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett darüber. Extra: Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann in ein bequemes Doppelbett umgewandelt werden. Badezimmer: Das geflieste Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung und ein Waschbecken. Das W.C. ist separat. Der Bahnhof Chamonix Aiguille du Midi für den Mont-Blanc-Express ist ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nahe gelegenen Pisten sind bei Skifahrern und Snowboardern gleichermaßen beliebt. Der Gipfel der Aiguille du Midi in der Nähe des Mont Blanc ist in den Sommermonaten ein Anziehungspunkt für Bergsteiger, Kletterer und Gleitschirmflieger. Alle Einrichtungen der Region Chamonix liegen vor der Haustür, darunter Wildwasser-Rafting, Golf und Reiten. Chamonix verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Besucher das ganze Jahr über benötigen, darunter zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants für jeden Geldbeutel. In Chamonix Sud findet jeden Dienstagmorgen ein Wochenmarkt statt. Hier können Sie die frischesten Zutaten direkt von den Erzeugern kaufen, um sie zu Hause zu probieren. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Parkplätze werden in der Reihenfolge des Eingangs vergeben und die Verfügbarkeit wird nicht garantiert.

Very clear instructions on how to pick up the keys and the location of the pick up was very close to the property. Communication was sent via WhatsApp and email. The location was perfect. It is located very close to the ski bus which is right around the corner. There is shops and restaurants and cafes very close by. It is a short walk in to Chamonix. We stayed there for our ski holiday and the apartment was the perfect size. Plenty of room. The sofa bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was warm and cosy and we picked it due to the location to Chamonix Sud ski bus line. Ideal when you are walking in ski boots! We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location.

L'appartement est bien situé, effectivement tout se fait à pied (3 minutes du départ de l'aiguille du midi....). Beaucoup de rangement et logement propre. J'ai eu un peu peur au départ pour récupérer les clés mais les instructions étaient claires et je salue le travail de la personnes qui a rédigé le mémo !

For the price, I would've expected wifi included. Also, I do get Chamonix is not a hot place, so no AC makes sense, but we were during a heat wave and the place didn't have even a fan.
