Es ist ideal für Paare, die Entspannung am Strand mit der Erkundung einer der beliebtesten Städte der Côte d’Azur verbinden möchten.
Der offene Wohnbereich ist geschmackvoll mit einem modernen Sofa und Sessel sowie einem Flachbildfernseher eingerichtet. Der Küchen- und Essbereich befindet sich am anderen Ende des Raums und verfügt über ein Doppelschlafsofa. Die elegante Einbauküche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombination und einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Der gepflegte Esstisch bietet Platz für 3 Personen.
Es gibt einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Stauraum zum Aufhängen.

Das stilvolle Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank.

Tagesausflüge zu anderen berühmten Städten an der Côte d’Azur – Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez und Antibes – lassen sich leicht organisieren. Alle diese Städte sind innerhalb von 30 bis 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut angebunden.
Die Wohnung liegt weniger als 20 Autominuten vom Flughafen Nizza entfernt.

It's a nice place. Unfortunately, the windows face the street, which makes it quite noisy. When I made the reservation, I didn't realize it was on the ground floor. The smell was a bit bothersome at first—the smell of an old tenement house—but it's tolerable. It's very close to the Promenade des Anglais.

The location is superb. Close to the promenade, many shops and restaurants nearby, a great boulangerie 50 meters from the apartment. It is spacious, clean and well equiped. Close to the public transportation - buses and trams.
