Cet appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 3 personnes, se trouve dans une résidence moderne nichée au cœur de jardins luxuriants, à quelques mètres seulement du célèbre front de mer, la Promenade des Anglais. Il est idéal pour tout couple souhaitant allier détente à la plage et découverte de l’une des villes les plus prisées de la Côte d’Azur.
L’espace de vie ouvert a été aménagé avec goût, avec un canapé et un fauteuil contemporains, ainsi qu’une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine/salle à manger se trouve à l’autre bout de la pièce et dispose d’un canapé-lit double. La cuisine intégrée, au design épuré, est bien équipée avec une plaque à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur/congélateur et une machine à café Nespresso. La table à manger, soignée, peut accueillir 3 personnes.
Il y a une buanderie séparée avec une machine à laver et un espace de rangement suspendu.

La chambre élégante dispose d’un lit double confortable et d’une armoire.
Lit bébé disponible sur demande (pour éviter tout risque d’étouffement, nous ne fournissons ni draps ni oreillers pour le lit bébé).
En plus : le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double.
Salle de bains
La salle de bains moderne est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, d'un lavabo et de toilettes.

Situation
Nice est réputée pour son glamour, la Promenade des Anglais en bord de mer, sa cuisine délicieuse et ses fabuleuses boutiques, que vous recherchiez la haute couture ou les ingrédients locaux les plus frais. La ville est inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO depuis 2021, et à juste titre. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour explorer Nice à pied. Les voyageurs peuvent découvrir le musée du Palais Masséna (6 minutes), l'emblématique hôtel Negresco (8 minutes) et la vieille ville de Nice (30 minutes).
Bien que vous soyez en plein centre-ville, vous pouvez profiter de superbes plages publiques et de clubs de plage branchés, tous à proximité.
Une pièce est réservée au rangement de vos vélos.
Vous n'aurez que l'embarras du choix parmi les nombreux magasins, boulangeries, restaurants et cafés du quartier, dont deux supermarchés à seulement 3 minutes. Pour découvrir un marché niçois authentique, rendez-vous au Marché Cours Saleya (25 minutes à pied) où vous trouverez les meilleurs produits locaux, d’une fraîcheur incomparable, à cuisiner chez vous. Le lundi, le marché se transforme en marché aux puces.
Il est facile d'organiser des excursions d'une journée vers d'autres villes célèbres de la Côte d'Azur : Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez et Antibes. Toutes ces villes se trouvent à 30-45 minutes en voiture et sont accessibles en transports en commun.
L'appartement est à moins de 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Nice.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

It's a nice place. Unfortunately, the windows face the street, which makes it quite noisy. When I made the reservation, I didn't realize it was on the ground floor. The smell was a bit bothersome at first—the smell of an old tenement house—but it's tolerable. It's very close to the Promenade des Anglais.

The location is superb. Close to the promenade, many shops and restaurants nearby, a great boulangerie 50 meters from the apartment. It is spacious, clean and well equiped. Close to the public transportation - buses and trams.
