Das Studio befindet sich im zweiten Stock einer eleganten Residenz, die über einen Gemeinschaftsbereich verfügt, in dem sich die Gäste treffen können. Der L-förmige Raum spiegelt die lokale Architektur mit Bögen und einer gewölbten Decke im Schlafbereich wider. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa, auf dem sich die Gäste entspannen können, sowie einen offenen Kleiderschrank. Dieser ist durch einen hohen Tisch und Hocker vom Schlafzimmer getrennt, ideal für eine Tasse Kaffee oder ein schnelles Frühstück. Der luftige Schlafbereich ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. In der Ecke finden die Gäste eine Mikrowelle, einen Minikühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine.

Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage, nur 15 Gehminuten vom berühmtesten Strand von Polignano a Mare, Lama Monachile, entfernt. Die Stadt reicht bis ins 4. Jahrhundert v. Chr. zurück und ist reich an Geschichte. Dieser Küstenabschnitt ist bekannt für seine unberührten Strände und das glitzernde Meer. Es ist eine ideale Kombination aus Geschichte, Kultur und Strandleben.
Weiter entlang der Küste liegt die Stadt Monopoli (15 Minuten), eines der versteckten Juwelen Italiens. Bekannt für ihre lebhaften Bars und ihr Nachtleben, sind auch die Kathedrale der Stadt und das Castello di Carlo einen Besuch wert.
Etwas abseits der Küste liegt Alberobello (35 Minuten), das zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört und eines der Zentren der italienischen Slow-Food-Bewegung ist. Die Stadt ist ein absolutes Muss. Sie ist berühmt für ihre traditionellen Trulli-Häuser und ausgezeichneten Restaurants.
Der nächstgelegene Flughafen befindet sich in Bari, 45 Autominuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Solitamente viene fornito agli ospiti solo un kit iniziale che comprende un piccolo shampoo/bagnoschiuma e un rotolo fi carta igienica.
