De studio bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een elegant wooncomplex, dat beschikt over een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar gasten elkaar kunnen ontmoeten. De L-vormige ruimte weerspiegelt de lokale architectuur met bogen en een gewelfd plafond in het slaapgedeelte. De woonruimte is voorzien van een bank waar gasten kunnen ontspannen en een open kledingkast. Deze ruimte is gescheiden van de slaapkamer door een hoge tafel en krukken, ideaal voor een kopje koffie of een snel ontbijt. De luchtige slaapkamer is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed en een flatscreen-tv. In de hoek vinden gasten een magnetron, een minikoelkast en een koffiezetapparaat.

Locatie
Het appartement ligt op een geweldige locatie, op slechts 15 minuten lopen van het beroemdste strand van Polignano a Mare, Lama Monachile. De stad dateert uit de 4e eeuw v.Chr. en ademt geschiedenis. Dit stuk kust staat bekend om zijn ongerepte stranden en sprankelende zee. Het is een ideale combinatie van geschiedenis, cultuur en strandleven.
Verderop aan de kust ligt het stadje Monopoli (15 minuten), een van de verborgen pareltjes van Italië. Het staat bekend om zijn levendige bars en nachtleven, maar ook de kathedraal en het Castello di Carlo zijn zeker een bezoek waard.
Verder van de kust ligt Alberobello (35 minuten), dat op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO staat en een van de centra van de Italiaanse Slow Food-beweging is. De stad is een must-see. Ze staat bekend om haar traditionele Trulli-huisjes en uitstekende restaurants.
De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is die van Bari, op 45 minuten rijden van het appartement.
