Das Domizil im 3. Stock ist ideal für 1-2 Paare und flexible Gruppen von bis zu 4 Personen. Ein geräumiges, offenes Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher, Musikanlage und Schlafcouch für 2 wird von einer Familienwohnküche für 4 begleitet. Paare können sich im Masterdoppelzimmer entspannen, zu dem auch ein modernes Badezimmer gehört. Praktischerweise gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine, und größere Gruppen, die gemeinsam Urlaub machen möchten, können zusätzlich je nach Verfügbarkeit ein weiteres Apartment im 2. Stock derselben Residenz mieten (ID 3069). Das zeitlose Apartment im 3. Stock befindet sich in einem 4-stöckigen Stadthaus, das gut für mobile Gäste geeignet ist, leider aber nicht für ältere Gäste oder junge Familien mit Kinderwagen (da es 55 Stufen bis zum Eingang des Apartments sind). Gäste können auch einen Keller nutzen, um dort Fahrräder und Sportequipment aufzubewahren. Von der zentralen Lage am Seeufer sind alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Freizeitaktivitäten und die Attraktionen, die auf die Gäste warten, leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Sabbioni-Strand liegt zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen, finden einen öffentlichen Parkplatz nur einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang entfernt. Facile da trovare, posizione centralissima vicina anche alla spiaggia e a dieci minuti a piedi dalle fermate dei comodissimi mezzi pubblici per raggiungere i dintorni. È stata la vacanza ideale. Nessuno stress per riprendere la macchina e guidare, pullman per raggiungere gli attacchi per le escursioni e relax in spiaggia al rientro. Appartamento semplice; ma decisamente funzionale, comodissimo sia per chi vuole andare in montagna che per chi vuole starsene semplicemente sul lago. Host gentili e veloci nelle risposte. Lo consiglio e spero anche di poterci tornare presto.

The location is amazing. The get into the apartments you walk through between the tables of a nice restaurant, in the bustling historic centre of Riva. The apartments is on the third floor. We had heavy suitcases which were hard to carry upstairs. The apartment is nice and comfortable but not amazing. Most other apartments we stayed in had some salt, sugar and other basic foods. This one had nothing. The staff at Happy Holiday Homes was responsive and helpful.

schön gelegen inmitten der Altstadt von Riva, in Hafennähe, Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Wohnung hat 3 Fenster und kann gut durchlüftet werden, sie ist also nicht zu warm, einfache und zweckmäßige Ausstattung, gutes Bett im Schlafzimmer Schlafcouch ok, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal bei happy.rentals

Da giovedì a domenica ,qualche giorno in relax , appartamento in zona centrale dotato di riscaldamento autonomo e ben fornito , peccato per la TV momentaneamente fuori servizio (è però presente un WiFi domestico )immobile in posizione è ideale a pochi metri dal lago, tra negozi e locali tipici .

Väldigt bra läge för att utforska Riva del Garda och dess omgivningar. I beskrivningen står att portabelt wifi ingår i vistelsen men detta fick man speciellt be om och gå och hämta på annan plats. Trevlig lägenhet och vi hade absolut bokat igen.

Very nice apartment and very walkable. Utensils and cups were slightly dirty but nothing we couldn’t rinse off. There was no WiFi, which was annoying but not the end of the world. Super beautiful location, cute apartment, left us water and Prosecco when we arrived.

Teljesen megfelelt minden a leírásnak. A kapott instrukciók alapján nagyon könnyű és gördülékeny volt a szállás elfoglalása és elhagyása. Séta távolságra mindent elértünk, amit szerettünk volna, a part nagyon közel van. Jól éreztük magunkat és ár-érték arányban nagyon megérte.
