So far I’ve used Vrbo 3x and I’ve been pleasantly satisfied with all my stays, small issues like a washer that wasn’t working or no full length mirror but issues that were not the end of the world and had not a big effect on my stay. Important for me is that the representative is easy to get a hold of, that apartments are clean, linens are fresh and all that is listed is actually there for my use. All in all 9/10 with Vrbo rentals.

We loved Centro storico 2 the location was the best, in the heart of it all, the apartment was everything we needed the only issue was is that we paid for a washer in this unit but the washer didn’t work. Emanuel was very helpful in wanting to take a look but it is something that should have been fixed before my stay, not during my stay. The rest was fine. The staff at happy holiday rentals were wonderful they gave us extra towels and wee always available when we had questions. They add a nice touch with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Definitely will be back, this is our second year back. It was a 9 out of 10 for us.

Facile da trovare, posizione centralissima vicina anche alla spiaggia e a dieci minuti a piedi dalle fermate dei comodissimi mezzi pubblici per raggiungere i dintorni. È stata la vacanza ideale. Nessuno stress per riprendere la macchina e guidare, pullman per raggiungere gli attacchi per le escursioni e relax in spiaggia al rientro. Appartamento semplice; ma decisamente funzionale, comodissimo sia per chi vuole andare in montagna che per chi vuole starsene semplicemente sul lago. Host gentili e veloci nelle risposte. Lo consiglio e spero anche di poterci tornare presto.

The location is amazing. The get into the apartments you walk through between the tables of a nice restaurant, in the bustling historic centre of Riva. The apartments is on the third floor. We had heavy suitcases which were hard to carry upstairs. The apartment is nice and comfortable but not amazing. Most other apartments we stayed in had some salt, sugar and other basic foods. This one had nothing. The staff at Happy Holiday Homes was responsive and helpful.

schön gelegen inmitten der Altstadt von Riva, in Hafennähe, Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Wohnung hat 3 Fenster und kann gut durchlüftet werden, sie ist also nicht zu warm, einfache und zweckmäßige Ausstattung, gutes Bett im Schlafzimmer Schlafcouch ok, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal bei happy.rentals

Da giovedì a domenica ,qualche giorno in relax , appartamento in zona centrale dotato di riscaldamento autonomo e ben fornito , peccato per la TV momentaneamente fuori servizio (è però presente un WiFi domestico )immobile in posizione è ideale a pochi metri dal lago, tra negozi e locali tipici .

Väldigt bra läge för att utforska Riva del Garda och dess omgivningar. I beskrivningen står att portabelt wifi ingår i vistelsen men detta fick man speciellt be om och gå och hämta på annan plats. Trevlig lägenhet och vi hade absolut bokat igen.

Very nice apartment and very walkable. Utensils and cups were slightly dirty but nothing we couldn’t rinse off. There was no WiFi, which was annoying but not the end of the world. Super beautiful location, cute apartment, left us water and Prosecco when we arrived.

Teljesen megfelelt minden a leírásnak. A kapott instrukciók alapján nagyon könnyű és gördülékeny volt a szállás elfoglalása és elhagyása. Séta távolságra mindent elértünk, amit szerettünk volna, a part nagyon közel van. Jól éreztük magunkat és ár-érték arányban nagyon megérte.

The apartment is priced accordingly compared with other options in the centre of Garda, so in that sense, it offers what you pay for. However, there are several things to be aware of before booking. The apartment is in an old building with a rather unusual layout, old electrical wiring that can occasionally trip, endless stairs, and some strange noises during the night. The windows face the main street and also the other side, where there can be strong smells coming from the restaurant kitchen. There is constant noise during the day. At night, it is possible to keep the windows open roughly from 2:00 a.m. until 7:30 a.m., but after that the restaurant activity starts again and it becomes noisy. The central location is definitely a big advantage, but I would not recommend this apartment for families with a stroller because of the many stairs. The apartment also needs more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. There were some forgotten items that had clearly not been removed, such as someone’s socks left on the top shelf of the wardrobe. The floors were very dirty, and some things could easily be replaced or repaired, for example the chair covers and the shower curtain. The washing machine is practically useless as it washes very poorly and barely spins the clothes. Overall, the location is excellent and the low price reflects the condition and some of the inconveniences, but the apartment would benefit greatly from better cleaning, maintenance, and a few simple updates.

An sich gut gelegen aber keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit bei Rückfragen und der Boden war nicht gesaugt und dementsprechend voll mit Krümeln. Für den Preis trotzdem in Ordnung
