Die Wohnung ist im traditionellen Stil gebaut, hat einen eigenen Balkon und ist im Wohnzimmer, in der Küche und im Flur mit viel Holz verkleidet. Der attraktive Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Tisch für 4 Personen, ein bequemes Sofa, einen Smart-TV und doppelte Fenstertüren, die auf den Balkon führen. Die offene Küche, an der Seite des Wohnzimmers, ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Ein luftiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Schminktisch. Schlafzimmer 2: Ein gemütliches Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, Tisch und Kleiderschrank Badezimmer Ein modern eingerichtetes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Zusätzliche - Privater Balkon - Tragbares Wi-Fi-Gerät (kostenpflichtig) - Skiaufbewahrung - Privater Parkplatz Standort Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub in der Region Livigno. Casa Cisi befindet sich in der Nähe der Skipisten, Lifte und Shuttlebusse. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz unter dem Gebäude und es wird empfohlen, dass Sie ein Auto für Ihren Aufenthalt mitbringen. Livigno bietet endlosen Winterspaß. Der Ort ist berühmt für seine Snowboarding, mit dem Weltklasse-Snowpark Mottolino (11 Minuten Fahrt) an den östlichen Hängen des Ortes. Der Carosello 3000 Park (12 Minuten zu Fuß) bietet alles vom Heli-Skiing bis zu speziellen Kinderpisten, Nachtskifahren und sogar Paragliding. Auch in den Sommermonaten geht es aufregend weiter. Die Gegend ist berühmt für ihre Wander- und Mountainbikestrecken und die wunderschöne Landschaft mit dem berühmten Wasserfall Cascata della Val Nera. Außerdem gibt es den Larix Park - ein Waldabenteuerpark für die ganze Familie. Livigno hat in Bezug auf Après-Ski-Aktivitäten viel zu bieten. Der Ort beherbergt einige ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars mit köstlicher italienischer Küche. Der Flughafen Linate in Mailand ist eine 3-stündige und 30-minütige Fahrt entfernt, während der Flughafen Malpensa in Mailand eine 3-stündige und 50-minütige Fahrt von der Wohnung entfernt ist.

Prima verblijf. Fijn appartement. Wel een paar keer de stroom uitgevallen. Konden zelf de stop weer aan zetten in de kelder. Het bad is geen ligbad. Je kan er een beetje in zitten. Ruimtes fijn. Zon op het balkon. Lopen naar de supermarkt is prima.

Marco var en meget søg og fleksibel vært. Fin lille lejlighed med dejlig stor altan, rent og pænt i hele lejligheden, dog snød billedet af badekaret, det var meget lille, kunne dårligt sidde i det. Lækker lille købmand lige rundt hjørnet og et noget større supermarked ca 600m længere væk. Bus lige ned på vejen, dog noget ustabile med tiderne. En dejlig uge i livigno hos marco.

Marco war freundlich und zuvorkommend; die Kommunikation war bestens. Die Lage mit Bushaltestelle/Skilift vor der Haustür ist prima, es ist sehr ruhig, aber ins Zentrum braucht es den Bus oder ein Taxi. Die Wohnung ist kleiner und älter, als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Der WC-Deckel ist beschädigt und unhygienisch, die viel zu kleine sowie veraltete Sitz-Badewanne hat einen zu hohen Einstieg und eine ungeeignete Duschtrennwand. Zudem hatte es keine Seife und nur eine WC-Rolle. Das Licht über dem Herd ist defekt, die Mokka-Kaffeemaschine ist für 4 Pers. zu klein sowie hat eine defekte Gummidichtung, die Grundausstattung fehlt (Spülmittel, Lappen, Handtuch, Salz, Pfeffer). Beim Starten des Wasserkochers ist mehrmals die Sicherung rausgesprungen und musste aussen rum in der Garage wieder eingeschaltet werden. Die Wärme im Wohnraum ist wegen undichter Fenster ungenügend. Letztlich hatte es noch einige Haare/Tierhaare. Nach Meldung der Missstände erhielten wir eine kleine Rückerstattung.

La casa è abbastanza grande per 4 persone ed è esattamente come da foto. Nelle immediate vicinanze negozio alimentari, macelleria, pasticceria , agriturismo e l'ottimo ristorante del campeggio. Vicinissima anche la pista ciclabile e la fermata del pullman gratuito che porta a livigno e passa ogni mezz'ora
