Situé au 1er étage d'une jolie résidence de style chalet, cet appartement peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. L'appartement est construit dans un style traditionnel, avec un balcon privé et de nombreux panneaux de bois dans le salon, la cuisine et le couloir. L'attrayante salle de séjour comprend une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, un canapé confortable, une télévision intelligente et des doubles portes-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon. La cuisine ouverte, sur le côté du salon, est entièrement équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, un lave-vaisselle et une machine à café. Salle de bains Une salle de bains moderne équipée d'une baignoire et d'une douche, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. Supplémentaire - Balcon privé - Dispositif Wi-fi portable (payant) - Rangement des skis - Parking privé Emplacement Une base idéale pour des vacances passionnantes dans la région de Livigno. La Casa Cisi est proche des pistes de ski, des remontées mécaniques et des navettes. Il y a un parking privé sous l'immeuble et il est recommandé d'apporter une voiture pour votre séjour. Livigno offre des plaisirs hivernaux sans fin. La station est célèbre pour son snowboard, avec le snowpark de classe mondiale de Mottolino (11 minutes de route) sur les pentes orientales de la station. Le parc Carosello 3000 (12 minutes de marche) offre tout, de l'héliski aux pistes spéciales pour les enfants, au ski de nuit et même au parapente. L'excitation ne s'arrête pas aux mois d'été. La région est célèbre pour ses randonnées, ses pistes de VTT et ses magnifiques paysages, dont la célèbre cascade de la Val Nera. Vous trouverez également le Larix Park, un parc d'aventure en forêt adapté à toute la famille. Livigno a beaucoup à offrir en termes d'activités après-ski. La station abrite d'excellents restaurants et bars proposant une délicieuse cuisine italienne. L'aéroport de Linate, à Milan, est à 3 heures et 30 minutes de route, tandis que l'aéroport de Malpensa, à Milan, est à 3 heures et 50 minutes de route de l'appartement.

Prima verblijf. Fijn appartement. Wel een paar keer de stroom uitgevallen. Konden zelf de stop weer aan zetten in de kelder. Het bad is geen ligbad. Je kan er een beetje in zitten. Ruimtes fijn. Zon op het balkon. Lopen naar de supermarkt is prima.

Marco var en meget søg og fleksibel vært. Fin lille lejlighed med dejlig stor altan, rent og pænt i hele lejligheden, dog snød billedet af badekaret, det var meget lille, kunne dårligt sidde i det. Lækker lille købmand lige rundt hjørnet og et noget større supermarked ca 600m længere væk. Bus lige ned på vejen, dog noget ustabile med tiderne. En dejlig uge i livigno hos marco.

Fantastisk vært, meget imødekommende og venlig. Anbefalinger i forhold til restauranter mm. Dejligt sted. Men lidt slidte møbler og madrasser i sengene var ikke gode.

Marco war freundlich und zuvorkommend; die Kommunikation war bestens. Die Lage mit Bushaltestelle/Skilift vor der Haustür ist prima, es ist sehr ruhig, aber ins Zentrum braucht es den Bus oder ein Taxi. Die Wohnung ist kleiner und älter, als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Der WC-Deckel ist beschädigt und unhygienisch, die viel zu kleine sowie veraltete Sitz-Badewanne hat einen zu hohen Einstieg und eine ungeeignete Duschtrennwand. Zudem hatte es keine Seife und nur eine WC-Rolle. Das Licht über dem Herd ist defekt, die Mokka-Kaffeemaschine ist für 4 Pers. zu klein sowie hat eine defekte Gummidichtung, die Grundausstattung fehlt (Spülmittel, Lappen, Handtuch, Salz, Pfeffer). Beim Starten des Wasserkochers ist mehrmals die Sicherung rausgesprungen und musste aussen rum in der Garage wieder eingeschaltet werden. Die Wärme im Wohnraum ist wegen undichter Fenster ungenügend. Letztlich hatte es noch einige Haare/Tierhaare. Nach Meldung der Missstände erhielten wir eine kleine Rückerstattung.

La casa è abbastanza grande per 4 persone ed è esattamente come da foto. Nelle immediate vicinanze negozio alimentari, macelleria, pasticceria , agriturismo e l'ottimo ristorante del campeggio. Vicinissima anche la pista ciclabile e la fermata del pullman gratuito che porta a livigno e passa ogni mezz'ora

Die Lage war Top direkt bei einem Schlepper. Mit dem Wlan hatte man mega guten empfang.
