This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Nice. Modern, clean, quiet, and very walkable location. The instructions were very clear on where to pick up the keys, how to access the building, and use the garage. They even sent videos to show exactly where to go. I would highly recommend this place and working with the happy rentals hosts.

The apartment was like the one in the photos. It was big enough for two, and we stayed for a week. Equipped with everything to prepare all your meals. Beautiful big balcony, with a table for breakfasts in the sun. There is a well stocked market in the area, lots of shops and bakeries. The train station is a few minutes away, and the sea is a good walk or tram ride. It was possible to enter the apartment earlier on arrival, the hosts were very responsive and everything went very easily. We were very pleased to have found this apartment.

Da wir uns selbst versorgt haben und kein Auto dabei hatten, war die Lage der Wohnung optimal. Ein Markt, der täglich außer Montags, geöffnet hat , Patisserie, Boulangeries, kleinere Supermärkte sind in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Haltestelle der Tram ist dort, um zum Bahnhof, in die Altstadt oder zum Meer in Kürze zu gelangen. Kleine Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

La recepción de las llaves está a siete minutos en vehículo o 25 minutos caminando (Es mejor tener eso presupuestado). La entrega de las llaves si fue muy sencilla en el apartamento. Muy buenos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Se puede caminar a la mayoría de los sitios turísticos. Dos puntos: No se podía caminar descalzo en el apartamento porque el suelo estaba muy sucio. Es probable que ese no sea el estado normal El sofá cama está muy deteriorado. Es bastante incómodo dormir en el . El garaje no sería para un autoo grande. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas. Recomendado

Very good location, only three tramp stations away from the centre and a short walk to the main train station. The pickup location for the keys to the apartment was a bit further away but was manageable. The apartment was secure, airy, and large enough for three people, the only improvement would be to the WiFi as it was very slow. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back!

Wir haben uns im Appartement selbst versorgt. Da in der Nähe täglich außer montags ein Markt aufgebaut wurde, kleine Supermärkte, Boulangeries, Pâtisserien und kleine ,gute Restaurants vorhanden sind, hatten wir es gut angetroffen. Die Station für die Tram zum Bahnhof, Altstadt, Meer konnten wir zu Fuß auch in 5 Minuten erreichen.
