A fost un apartament spațios, curat, care conținea tot ce ai nevoie. La o distanta de doar o jumătate de oră de mers pe jos de plaja și esplanada( pt că distanțele din Nisa sunt mar) i , multe magazine in jur.. Terasa apartamentului mi- a plăcut maxim. Îl recomand și cu drag as reveni oricând.

This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Nice. Modern, clean, quiet, and very walkable location. The instructions were very clear on where to pick up the keys, how to access the building, and use the garage. They even sent videos to show exactly where to go. I would highly recommend this place and working with the happy rentals hosts.

The apartment was like the one in the photos. It was big enough for two, and we stayed for a week. Equipped with everything to prepare all your meals. Beautiful big balcony, with a table for breakfasts in the sun. There is a well stocked market in the area, lots of shops and bakeries. The train station is a few minutes away, and the sea is a good walk or tram ride. It was possible to enter the apartment earlier on arrival, the hosts were very responsive and everything went very easily. We were very pleased to have found this apartment.

Viskas buvo tiesiog puiku, bute buvo viskas ko gali prireikti. Lokacija labai gera, arti parduotuvė ir tramvajaus sustojimas, kuriuo galima nuvažiuoti iki senamiesčio. Bendravimas su darbuotojais vyko labai sklandžiai.

I did like the size of the apartment, it was maintained very well and it had every accessories what's necessary for a pleasant stay. The facility felt very safe, the garage was great and safe. It had a huge balcony for late-night meetings. 😊

Very clean very comfortable easy to get to train station. Washing machine. Quiet quiet we felt safe easy to get to restaurants . This apartment was well equipped and everything we needed we had . Bed was very comfortable. Close to tram also. I would definitely rent again

주차 후 올라가는 엘레베이터 찾기가 좀 어려웠지만 적극적으로 도와주셔서 쉽게 체크인 했습니다. 위치적으로 굉장히 여기저기 가기 편하고 좋은 위치 입니다. 적극 추천 합니다.

Idéalement situé à quelques pas de la place de la libération et du tram, il est très facile de faire ses courses avec les commerces de proximité : supérettes, boulangerie, marché aux produits frais tous les jours. De nombreuses brasseries et restaurants vous accueillent également Côté logement, quel bonheur de profiter d’une telle location moderne avec terrasse et parking dans un immeuble totalement sécurisé. On reviendra !

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very polite and reached out with check in details several days prior to arrival. Quick responses to any questions. Apartment was fully equipped and in a very central location. Definetely reccomend!

Stationnement intérieur dans l'immeuble. Grand balcon avec table et chaises. L'épicerie était tout près. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Environ 30 minutes de marche pour la promenade des anglais.

Tout s’est bien passé, c’est un peu excentré du centre mais c’est facile et rapide en transport. Le système pour récupérer les clés est un peu galère mais ça se fait ! Échanges réactifs en revanche !! Globalement, très bon séjour !

Da wir uns selbst versorgt haben und kein Auto dabei hatten, war die Lage der Wohnung optimal. Ein Markt, der täglich außer Montags, geöffnet hat , Patisserie, Boulangeries, kleinere Supermärkte sind in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Haltestelle der Tram ist dort, um zum Bahnhof, in die Altstadt oder zum Meer in Kürze zu gelangen. Kleine Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

The apartment was cozy and helped us get settled quickly; it was nice to have a "home" to return to. All facilities and rooms matched our expectations and gave us enough space to roam around. The location was also very ideal, because it was close to the shops and a tram station.

Très agréable séjour , appartement bien situé, très bien équipé. Un petit bémol pour le box du garage, car il est difficile d'y rentrer une grosse voiture, le passage étant étroit.

Apartamento muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. Agradable balcón. Coincide con las fotos publicadas. La recepción de las llaves está a siete minutos en vehículo o 25 minutos caminando (Es mejor tener eso presupuestado). La entrega de las llaves si fue muy sencilla en el apartamento. Muy buenos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Se puede caminar a la mayoría de los sitios turísticos. Dos puntos: No se podía caminar descalzo en el apartamento porque el suelo estaba muy sucio. Es probable que ese no sea el estado normal El sofá cama está muy deteriorado. Es bastante incómodo dormir en el . El garaje no sería para un autoo grande. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas. Recomendado

Very good location, only three tramp stations away from the centre and a short walk to the main train station. The pickup location for the keys to the apartment was a bit further away but was manageable. The apartment was secure, airy, and large enough for three people, the only improvement would be to the WiFi as it was very slow. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back!

Wir haben uns im Appartement selbst versorgt. Da in der Nähe täglich außer montags ein Markt aufgebaut wurde, kleine Supermärkte, Boulangeries, Pâtisserien und kleine ,gute Restaurants vorhanden sind, hatten wir es gut angetroffen. Die Station für die Tram zum Bahnhof, Altstadt, Meer konnten wir zu Fuß auch in 5 Minuten erreichen.
