Eine charmante Villa, in einem weitläufigen Gelände mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Cugnana und unberührte Landschaft. Diese Villa ist ein idyllischer Rückzugsort für 2 Personen. Es hat einen schönen Platz im Freien und wurde sorgfältig eingerichtet. Der luftige, offene Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa, einen traditionellen Eckkamin (nicht in Gebrauch), einen Flachbildfernseher, einen hübschen weißen Esstisch und eine neu eingerichtete Küche. Die Küche ist mit einem Herd, einem Backofen, einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und einer Mokkakaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus führen Glastüren zu einer schönen, schattigen Terrasse, auf der man im Freien speisen und einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf das Meer genießen kann. Es gibt eine zweite Veranda mit einem großen Grill und Steintisch. Schlafen Das frische Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, eine Kommode und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Ein zusätzliches Bett kann gegen einen Aufpreis bereitgestellt werden. Badezimmer Das geflieste Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, Bidet, Waschbecken, WC und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Extra: Es gibt auch eine Außendusche. In Olbia (15 Minuten) können Sie die lebhaften Bauernmärkte besuchen, die dreimal pro Woche stattfinden. Der Samstagsmarkt in der Via Sangallo ist besonders empfehlenswert. Der berühmte Strand Rena Bianca an der Costa Smeralda ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt, während der Jetset-Ort Porto Cervo in 20 Minuten erreichbar ist. Porto Rotondo (15 Minuten) ist für seinen Yachthafen bekannt, aber in den Sommermonaten findet hier wöchentlich (mittwochs) ein Kunsthandwerkermarkt statt, auf dem Sie viele lokale Handwerksprodukte und modische Accessoires finden. Der Hafen und der Flughafen von Olbia sind etwa 20 Minuten entfernt.

This small villa was a peaceful and quiet place to stay during our time in North Sardinia. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious and clean. There's also a nice view of the sea and plenty of outdoor seating. The wi-fi, AC and washing machine all worked and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is parking available inside. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy and the property management were prompt in responding to questions and letting us know about the property. It's very conveniently located, around a 15-20 minute drive from Olbia, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci, and Porto Cervo, and is a perfect option for a more affordable place to stay in what can be quite an expensive area.

Me and my girlffriend enjoyed our stay at this Location a lot.The Communication with my Marco from happy rentals was very easy and helpfull.We Received all needed informations and he supports us with some local hints.The house got everything we needed, a few more glasses or generally kitchen equipment would be nice but it works.Thanks for having us B&M

Fabulous villa for two! Very well equipped and comfortable! Lovely views across the sea to Porto Rotondo peninsular! 15 minutrs from a fabulous beach. Marco, agent for Happy Holidays, was excellent and kept in touch with us throughout! We shall certainly stay at Bella Vista when we return to Sardinia!

Wir haben uns toll gefühlt. Der Ausblick war toll vom Haus auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, wir wollten etwas außerhalb hausen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos mit einem Schlüsselcode. Die Gastgeberin informierte uns rechtzeitig über den Ablauf. Parken konnte man direkt am Haus mit einem separaten Tor (die Villa nebenan hatte ein eigenes Tor zum Befahren der Einfahrt). Durch einen Sichtschutz hatte man Ruhe vor Nachbarn und war total für sich. Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Strände etc. haben wir mit dem Mietwagen angefahren. In dem Haus hatten wir totale Ruhe. Die Ausstattung war gut. Tolle Aussicht.

La casa è posizionata splendidamente a due passi dalle migliori spiagge della Costa Smeralda ma anche vicinissima ad Olbia e in prossimità del servizi. Piccolo misunderstanding in fase di check-in ma risolto velocemente e con professionalità dall’ host.

La dependance gode di una splendida vista sul golfo di Cugnana. È molto “coccola” adatta per due persone, tuttavia ci sono alcuni dettagli che andrebbero curati maggiormente. Ad esempio davanzali, finestre e patio esterno andrebbero puliti a fondo, mobilio un po’ vecchio, tv che funziona a singhiozzo (e prende solo la Rai). La cosa positiva è stata la disponibilità dell’host nella risoluzione delle problematiche.
