nalipsi Beach Site liegt in der ruhigen Gegend von Kastro Kyllini, zwischen Oliven- und Eukalyptusbäumen direkt am Meer. Es handelt sich um einen Komplex von 8 unabhängigen Häusern, die sich um einen herrlichen grünen Garten mit Blick auf das Meer gruppieren, und jedes Haus kann bis zu 5 Gäste beherbergen. Das Haus Nummer 7 ist behindertengerecht gebaut und über eine Rampe für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich. Das Haus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kochgeschirr. Alle Häuser sind einstöckig und verfügen über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und einem Schlafsofa für einen Gast sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschinenanschluss. WIFI und Klimaanlage sind im Haus vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt auch über eine möblierte Veranda mit herrlichem Blick auf das Ionische Meer. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht den Gästen am Eingang des Komplexes zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist ein schöner, privater Strand direkt gegenüber den Inseln Zakinthos und Kephalonia. Er bietet einen geräumigen Platz mit schattigem Holzdeck und Cabanas, auf denen bequeme Chaise Longues auf die Gäste der Apartments warten, um sich zu entspannen und das kristallklare Wasser des Ionischen Meeres zu genießen. Die Gäste können auch die Sonnenliegen am Strand nutzen. Der Garten der Anlage ist mit drei Grills, einem Kinderspielplatz und einer Strandbar ausgestattet, die Spaß für alle Altersgruppen garantieren. Direkt neben den Apartments befindet sich das Kalamias Sea Side, ein authentisches griechisches Restaurant, das zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet ist. In Kastro, nur 3 km von der Anlage entfernt, können Sie im Supermarkt einkaufen.

The property is beautiful, with wonderful plants. In front of our house there was an old beautiful olive tree. The house is equipped with everything you need and there is also a large terrace. At the end of the property is a larger sunbathing dock (you choose whether you want direct sun, partial or complete shade - because there are possibilities for everything). And most importantly - a fantastic vacation for those who want peace! There are beautiful sunsets behind Kefalonia... and if you're lucky, you might even see a Mediterranean seal at sunset :-). And finally, everything is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. PS. Not to forget the excellent restaurant right next to the property (you will never have noise from it and the food is excellent).
