Der Esstisch, der sich neben der Küche befindet, bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die offene Küchenzeile ist mit einem Herd, einer Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Schlafen Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer lassen sich in 2 bequeme Einzelbetten umwandeln. Extra: Es gibt ein Etagenbett Badezimmer Das geflieste Badezimmer mit großen Spiegeln verfügt über eine Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC Zusätzliche - Kostenloses Wifi - Flachbildfernseher - Zentralheizung - Elektrische Heizkörper - Haartrockner - Wäscherei - Skiaufbewahrung und ermäßigter Skiverleih für Gäste - Öffentliche Parkplätze, Auto empfohlen (aber es gibt einen Skibus-Shuttle in der Nähe) - Kinderfreundlich - Haustiere erlaubt - Nespresso-Maschine Standort Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des charmanten Dorfes Grangesises, nur 5 Autominuten vom Ferienort Sestriere entfernt. Die umliegende Landschaft ist das ganze Jahr über absolut atemberaubend. Sestriere, der Austragungsort der Olympischen Winterspiele 2006, hat viel zu bieten. In den Wintermonaten sind die Pisten rund um den Ort für Skifahrer und Snowboarder aller Niveaus geeignet. Es gibt Langlauf, Heliskiing, Schlittschuhlaufen, Motorschlittenfahrten, Hundeschlittenfahrten und Schneeschuhwandern. Es gibt sogar ein Freibad (beheizt), das sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer geöffnet ist. Unsere Gäste können Skipässe für das Skigebiet ViaLattea direkt in unserem Happy.Rentals Büro in Sestriere kaufen. In den Sommermonaten bieten Grangesises und seine Umgebung den Besuchern ein reichhaltiges Programm an Unterhaltung, kulturellen und sportlichen Veranstaltungen für Erwachsene und Kinder. Es gibt Sporttage und Fitnesswochenenden mit zertifizierten Personal Trainern. Die Lage der Appartements Grange Hike & Ski ist ideal für alle, die auf der Suche nach Wildnis und unberührter Natur sind. Die benachbarten Täler, wie das Argentera-Tal und das Vallone di Thuras, bieten ein Netz von Wanderwegen mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden, und es besteht die Möglichkeit, nach vorheriger Anmeldung geführte Wanderungen mit ökologischen Wanderführern zu organisieren. Auch für Mountainbike- und Downhill-Fans aller Schwierigkeitsgrade gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche Strecken. Für unsere Gäste gibt es in den angeschlossenen Geschäften Ermäßigungen für den Verleih von E-Bikes und Muskelbikes. Das nahe gelegene Sestriere bietet einen international bekannten Golfplatz (18 Löcher, Par 65), ein Schwimmbad und Tennisplätze. Für den Sommer 2023 sind Ende Juli die Etappen der Trial-Motorrad- und Enduro-Bike-Weltmeisterschaften geplant, in der ersten Augustwoche das wichtige internationale Leichtathletik-Meeting und das Filmfestival von Sestriere. Geschichtsliebhaber sollten die Nachstellung der Schlacht von Assietta im Juli und die geführten Besichtigungen der Festung von Fenestrelle und des Chaberton-Museums in Claviere nicht verpassen. In Grangesises und Sestriere gibt es zahlreiche ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Für Selbstversorger gibt es in Sestriere Supermärkte (der nächste ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt) und kleine Geschäfte mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Der Flughafen Turin ist 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten Fahrt von der Wohnung entfernt.

Borgo a 5 minuti di macchina da Sestriere, in loco vi è un parcheggio gratuito, in alta stagione c'è il rischio di inventarsi il parcheggio ma un posto lo si trova sempre, il borgo ha tutti i servizi necessari per fare una piccola spesa, mangiare in diversi ristoranti senza dover muovere l'auto. Le piste da scii si raggiungono in fretta ed il parcheggio si trova facilmente. Casa piccola ma come da descrizione, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi tranne in fase di check-in

Everything went easy. The rooms where what we expected. The heaters however where programmed way to hot, and we were not able to turn them of. This is not only bad for the environment, but also made that we had a difficult time sleeping.

Il soggiorno è stato molto gradito dalla mia famiglia e da altra famiglia che ha soggiornato con noi. Ci sono state delle dolenti note come gli schiamazzi notturni dei giovani vicini, prontamente richiamati dal gentilissimo e disponibilissimo Francesco (purtroppo la maleducazione della gente non ha limiti). Consiglierei alla proprietà un maggior controllo sulle pulizie (ho trovato una cicca di sigaretta all'interno del letto). Inoltre sarebbe gradito dai clienti la sostituzione della biancheria ogni 3 giorni come fatto dalla maggior parte delle strutture. I miei sono dei suggerimenti e non vogliono essere delle critiche negative, tutto sommato siamo rimasti contenti del soggiorno e abbiamo deciso di ritornarci usufruendo di prenotazione diretta, escludendo la società Booking. Ottimo alloggio in un borgo molto grazioso. Pulito e completo quasi di tutto l'occorrente. Occorrerebbe forse un pochino in più di manutenzione e rimodernamento, cmq ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale (Marco in particolare) molto gentile,accogliente e disponibile.
