Op de tweede verdieping (met lift) van een elegante residentie aan het centrale plein van Grangesises, is dit appartement voor 2 personen een ontspannen vakantieoptie op elk moment van het jaar. De woonkamer heeft een hoekbank, een houten dressoir, een flatscreentelevisie en openslaande deuren naar een aantrekkelijk houten balkon dat uitkijkt over de heuvels. De eettafel, naast de keuken, biedt plaats aan 4 personen. De open kitchenette is uitgerust met een kookplaat, een magnetron en een koelkast. Slapen De banken in de woonkamer zijn om te bouwen tot 2 comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden. Extra: Er is een stapelbed Badkamer De betegelde badkamer, met grote spiegels, heeft een douche, wastafel, bidet en WC Extra - Gratis Wifi - Flatscreen TV - Centrale verwarming - Elektrische radiatoren - Haardroger - Wasfaciliteiten - Skiberging & skiverhuur met korting voor gasten - Openbaar parkeren, auto aanbevolen (maar er is een skibus shuttle in de buurt) - Kindvriendelijk - Huisdieren toegestaan - Nespresso-apparaat Locatie Het appartement ligt in het hart van het charmante dorpje Grangesises, op slechts 5 minuten rijden van het resort Sestriere. Het omliggende landschap is het hele jaar door adembenemend. Sestriere, waar in 2006 de Olympische Winterspelen werden gehouden, heeft veel te bieden. In de wintermaanden zijn de pistes rond het resort geschikt voor skiërs en snowboarders van alle niveaus. Er is langlaufen, heli-skiën, schaatsen, motorsleeën, hondensleeën en sneeuwschoenwandelen. Er is zelfs een buitenzwembad (verwarmd) dat zowel in de winter als in de zomer geopend is. Onze gasten kunnen skipassen voor het ViaLattea skigebied direct in ons Happy.Rentals kantoor in Sestriere kopen. Tijdens de zomermaanden bieden Grangesises en omgeving bezoekers een rijk programma van entertainment, culturele en sportieve evenementen voor volwassenen en kinderen. Er zijn sportdagen en fitnessweekenden met gediplomeerde personal trainers. De locatie van de Grange Hike & Ski appartementen is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar wildernis en ongerepte natuur. De naburige valleien, zoals de Argentera Vallei en de Vallone di Thuras, bieden een netwerk van wandelpaden met verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden, en het is mogelijk om begeleide uitstapjes met milieuvriendelijke wandelgidsen te organiseren op reservering. Er zijn ook talloze routes in de omgeving voor mountainbike- en downhill-liefhebbers van alle niveaus. Voor onze gasten zijn er kortingen in de aangesloten winkels voor het huren van e-bikes en muscle bikes. Het nabijgelegen Sestriere biedt een internationaal bekende golfbaan (18 holes, par 65), een zwembad en tennisbanen. Voor de zomer van 2023 staan eind juli de etappes van de wereldkampioenschappen trialmotoren en endurobikes op het programma, en in de eerste week van augustus de belangrijke internationale atletiekbijeenkomst en het filmfestival van Sestriere. Geschiedenisliefhebbers mogen de heropvoering van de slag bij Assietta in juli en de rondleidingen naar het Fort van Fenestrelle en het Chaberton museum in Claviere niet missen. In Grangesises en Sestriere zijn vele uitstekende restaurants en bars voor ieders smaak en budget. Voor self-catering biedt Sestriere supermarkten (de dichtstbijzijnde ligt op 10 minuten rijden) en kleine winkeltjes met lokale specialiteiten. De luchthaven van Turijn ligt op 1 uur en 30 minuten rijden van het appartement.

Borgo a 5 minuti di macchina da Sestriere, in loco vi è un parcheggio gratuito, in alta stagione c'è il rischio di inventarsi il parcheggio ma un posto lo si trova sempre, il borgo ha tutti i servizi necessari per fare una piccola spesa, mangiare in diversi ristoranti senza dover muovere l'auto. Le piste da scii si raggiungono in fretta ed il parcheggio si trova facilmente. Casa piccola ma come da descrizione, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi tranne in fase di check-in

Everything went easy. The rooms where what we expected. The heaters however where programmed way to hot, and we were not able to turn them of. This is not only bad for the environment, but also made that we had a difficult time sleeping.

Il soggiorno è stato molto gradito dalla mia famiglia e da altra famiglia che ha soggiornato con noi. Ci sono state delle dolenti note come gli schiamazzi notturni dei giovani vicini, prontamente richiamati dal gentilissimo e disponibilissimo Francesco (purtroppo la maleducazione della gente non ha limiti). Consiglierei alla proprietà un maggior controllo sulle pulizie (ho trovato una cicca di sigaretta all'interno del letto). Inoltre sarebbe gradito dai clienti la sostituzione della biancheria ogni 3 giorni come fatto dalla maggior parte delle strutture. I miei sono dei suggerimenti e non vogliono essere delle critiche negative, tutto sommato siamo rimasti contenti del soggiorno e abbiamo deciso di ritornarci usufruendo di prenotazione diretta, escludendo la società Booking. Il soggiorno è stato molto gradito dalla mia famiglia e da altra famiglia che ha soggiornato con noi. Ci sono state delle dolenti note come gli schiamazzi notturni dei giovani vicini, prontamente richiamati dal gentilissimo e disponibilissimo Francesco (purtroppo la maleducazione della gente non ha limiti). Inoltre sarebbe gradito dai clienti la sostituzione della biancheria ogni 3 giorni come fatto dalla maggior parte delle strutture. I miei sono dei suggerimenti e non vogliono essere delle critiche negative, tutto sommato siamo rimasti contenti del soggiorno e abbiamo deciso di ritornarci usufruendo di prenotazione diretta, escludendo la società Booking.
