Diese helle Maisonette-Wohnung im alpinen Stil befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) einer familienfreundlichen Residenz und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für spannende Ferien zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 5 Personen und ist sorgfältig mit allem ausgestattet, was Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts benötigen könnten. Im unteren Stockwerk der Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich ein Essbereich mit einem Tisch für 6 Personen, Sideboards, einem Flachbildfernseher und einer offenen Einbauküche. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, einer Nespresso- und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Fenstertüren im Esszimmer führen auf einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen und spektakulärem Blick auf die Berglandschaft. Eine attraktive Holztreppe im Essbereich führt nach oben in ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Ledersessel und Flachbildfernseher. Darüber hinaus können die Gäste im Gebäude mit gemeinsamen Einrichtungen wie einem beheizten Innenpool und einem Fitnessraum vollkommene Entspannung genießen. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von den Skiliften und den Skipisten entfernt. Als sanftere Alternative gibt es 10 km Langlaufloipen, die sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene geeignet sind. In den Sommermonaten bietet das Tal zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten: atemberaubende Bergwege zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken, Klettern, Tennis, Golf und Reiten. Für Abenteuerlustige gibt es in der Nähe Paragliding-Zentren. Kinder und Erwachsene werden die Wanderung durch den Wald zum Berard-Wasserfall oder zur Höhle Grotte A Farinet genießen. Alle Einrichtungen der Region Chamonix liegen direkt vor Ihrer Haustür, da der Bahnhof Vallorcine nur 2 Gehminuten von der Residenz entfernt ist. Die Schweizer Grenze ist vier Autominuten vom Dorf entfernt, und eine Minute weiter liegt der Parc Vallée du Trient mit seinen atemberaubenden Ausblicken und Wanderwegen. Das berühmte Montreux Jazz Festival am Ufer des Genfer Sees findet Anfang Juli statt und ist nur 1 Stunde entfernt. In Vallorcine gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Cafés für jedes Alter und jedes Budget. Für Selbstversorger gibt es einen Wochenmarkt (jeden Sonntagmorgen) in Argentière (10 Autominuten entfernt). Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topografie, Lage und Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

L'appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et est spacieux pour 3 personnes. L'emplacement est idéal pour ensuite partir randonner dans les environs. Un petit cadeau attend à l'arrivée ce qui est toujours très agréable. Nous n'avons pas testé tout ce qu'il est possible de faire dans la résidence (piscine,...). Les explications reçues à l'approche du séjour permet de récupérer les clés et de garer la voiture sans aucun problème : tout est clair et simple.

Although Vallorcine itself is very quiet, we are familiar with the area and we were happy with this. The property was spacious and pleasant. It was quite well equipped too. The free train tickets and location to the station is great. There is a bread shop downstairs which was really useful in the morning. The apartment was nice and we would use it again however Happy Rentals certainly need to improve their service (see what we didn’t like about the property). The price was reasonable however this is partly due to our complaints to Happy Rentals so some of the price was refunded.
