Diese Doppelhaushälfte im alpinen Stil in einer familienfreundlichen Residenz ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für erlebnisreiche Ferien während des ganzen Jahres. In der 5. Etage (mit Aufzug) bietet diese Wohnung Platz für 5 Personen und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was die Gäste für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen. In der unteren Etage des Duplex gibt es einen Essbereich mit einem Tisch für 6 Personen, einen Flachbildfernseher und eine offene Einbauküche. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, einer Nespresso-Maschine und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Durch die Fenstertüren des Esszimmers gelangt man auf einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, von dem aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge hat. Eine schöne Holztreppe im Essbereich führt nach oben in ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa, einem Ledersessel und einem Flachbildfernseher. Darüber hinaus können sich die Gäste im Gebäude in einem beheizten Hallenbad und in einem Fitnessraum entspannen. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich unter dem Dachvorsprung und verfügt über ein Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 2: Dieses Eckschlafzimmer ist dank der 2 Fenster sehr hell. Es hat 2 Einzelbetten und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Extra: Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann in ein bequemes Einzelbett umgewandelt werden. Das Badezimmer: Ein klassisches, gefliestes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Zusätzliche - Kostenloses Wi-Fi - Privater und gemeinsamer Garten - Rauchmelder - Haartrockner - Elektrische Heizkörper - Skiabstellraum und Skischuhheizung - Privater Garagenparkplatz - Auto empfohlen - Kinderfreundlich - Spielplatz im Freien - Haustiere erlaubt - Kostenlose Zugfahrkarten von und nach Chamonix Standort Das Dorf Vallorcine ist von einer spektakulären Berglandschaft umgeben, und die nahe gelegenen Pisten sind für Skifahrer aller Schwierigkeitsgrade geeignet. Die Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Skiliften und Pisten entfernt. Für eine sanftere Alternative gibt es 10 km Langlaufloipen, die für Anfänger und Experten gleichermaßen geeignet sind. In den Sommermonaten bietet das Tal eine Fülle von Freizeitaktivitäten: herrliche Bergwege zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken, Klettern, Tennis, Golf und Reiten. Für die Abenteuerlustigen gibt es in der Nähe Paragliding-Zentren. Eine Wanderung durch den Wald zum Wasserfall von Berard oder zur Höhle Grotte A Farinet ist für Kinder und Erwachsene gleichermaßen interessant. Alle Einrichtungen der Region Chamonix befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, denn der Bahnhof von Vallorcine ist nur 2 Gehminuten von der Residenz entfernt. Die Schweizer Grenze ist nur vier Autominuten vom Dorf entfernt, und eine Minute weiter liegt der Parc Vallée du Trient mit seinen atemberaubenden Aussichten und Wanderungen. Das berühmte Montreux Jazz Festival am Ufer des Genfer Sees findet Anfang Juli statt und ist nur 1 Stunde entfernt. In Vallorcine gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Cafés für verschiedene Altersgruppen und Geldbeutel. Für Selbstversorger gibt es einen Wochenmarkt (jeden Sonntagmorgen) in Argentière (10 Autominuten entfernt). Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topographie, der Lage und der Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

Het appartement was heel proper en ruim genoeg voor ons alle 4. Alles was op voorhand goed georganiseerd: alle informatie was duidelijk weergegeven. De rust die we er vonden was subliem. De bakker (en ook het winkeltje) beneden was heel welkom. Misschien een klein minpunt: Er was geen snijplank te vinden, dus wel wat lastig om ter plekke te koken.

Ubicación es perfecta! a 100 metros del remonte de ski. Buena Relación calidad precio. La casa aunque vieja estaba correcta. Las intalaciones tienen una piscina y sauna. El acceso mediante código muy fácil y cómodo.

Appartamento in un grosso residence abbastanza recente. Dotato di piscina (ma era in manutenzione nei miei giorni di soggiorno) e di sala giochi con biliardo e altro. Un po' isolata come zona, pochi bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. Ambiente pulito e gradevole. Un poco scarsa la dotazione di accessori per il bagno (carta igienica, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, etc.). La porta di ingresso aveva la serratura rotta. Non abbiamo potuto chiudere a chiave e quindi non lasciavamo mai oggetti di valore in appartamento quando uscivamo (PC incuso). Dotato di due televisori, uno per piano, ma non era abilitato ai canali italiani. E' un peccato, essendo una località molto frequentata dagli italiani.
