A pocos metros de la playa, esta elegante casa adosada puede alojar hasta 3 personas, pero también haría un refugio romántico para 3. Es la base ideal para una familia o amigos que quieran explorar las orillas orientales del lago Maggiore. En la planta baja, hay una atractiva sala de estar con paredes de piedra y ladrillo sin enlucir estilo loft y un encantador suelo de baldosas. El salón está amueblado con dos sofás y un televisor de pantalla plana. Las ventanas francesas dan directamente al jardín. Una escalera abierta conduce al dormitorio de la entreplanta y al cuarto de baño. La espaciosa cocina-comedor se encuentra al final de un corto tramo de escaleras y está decorada en un estilo similar, con paredes parcialmente enlucidas y muebles contemporáneos/rústicos. La cocina está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, nevera/congelador grande y cafetera. Además de una gran mesa de comedor con 4 sillas. Las puertas dobles dan a la terraza. En el exterior, los huéspedes pueden relajarse en el patio, amueblado con 4 cómodas sillas y una mesa de comedor adicional. Para dormir Dormitorio: El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el entresuelo, encima de la cocina. Está amueblado con una cama doble king-size y barra de colgar y tiene un cuarto de baño. El supermercado más cercano está a 7 minutos en coche y el hermoso monasterio de Santa Caterina del Sasso, junto al lago, a 5 minutos en coche. Los visitantes que busquen relajación total pueden dirigirse a una de las playas cercanas junto al lago, como la playa de Cerro (a 7 minutos en coche), la bonita playa familiar de Reno (a 5 minutos en coche) o la playa de Arolo (a 4 minutos en coche), la playa de Guree a poca distancia a pie. El puerto deportivo de Laveno Mombello (a 10 minutos en coche) también ofrece taxis acuáticos, actividades náuticas recreativas y un pintoresco paseo marítimo repleto de cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas y heladerías. La ciudad también es famosa por su teleférico, el "Funivia del Lago Maggiore" (a 12 minutos en coche), que lleva a los visitantes hasta el monte Sasso del Ferro. El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es Milán Malpensa (MXP), a unos 40 minutos en coche de la casa.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an hervorragend und das Haus war durchweg sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkler als auf den Bildern dargestellt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Straße direkt nebenan sorgt für etwas Lärm, allerdings war dies bereits in der Beschreibung angegeben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

4 days trip with our child, we visited the isola madre, the lago maggiore and made the bike Journey around the lago di varese. The house is very well located and fully equipped, neighbours are charming (and french speaker !) Some mosquitos...but as everywhere else. Traffic on the road can be heard, but as we were not in the house during the day, it was not a problem.

It was a very beautiful home with a majestic landscape. The kitchen was well equipped, which was very good for cooking at home. We read that it can be quite noisy on the main street but that wasn’t what bothered us. When the water was used upstairs (shower, toilet or tap), the tap downstairs started running and made a very loud noise. Another important factor for us is good sleep, which was sometimes hard, because the bed squeaks with every movement and the windows upstairs have no curtains to darken the room. Despite that it was a very pleasant vacation for us and spent a lot of time at the beach.

The accommodation was very clean and easy to reach. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it convenient for cooking meals at home. The apartment has been nicely renovated, although some things bothered us. We were aware that the apartment wouldn’t be completely quiet, but the noise from the street is quite noticeable. In addition, the bed squeaks with every single movement, which can be a bit disturbing at night. Another point to note is that the windows cannot be darkened, which makes it difficult to sleep in once the sun is up. The shower unfortunately has very low water pressure, so only a small amount of water comes out. We also experienced an issue where, whenever the shower or tap upstairs was turned on, the kitchen tap downstairs would start running and make a very loud noise. There are some lovely beaches in the surrounding area, but they can only be reached by car.
