A pochi metri dalla spiaggia, questa elegante casa bifamiliare può ospitare fino a 3 persone, ma sarebbe anche un rifugio romantico per 3 persone. È la base ideale per una famiglia o per amici che vogliono esplorare la sponda orientale del Lago Maggiore. Al piano terra si trova un grazioso salotto con pareti in pietra e mattoni non intonacati in stile loft e un affascinante pavimento in piastrelle. Il salotto è arredato con due divani e una TV a schermo piatto. Le porte-finestre danno direttamente sul giardino. Una scala aperta conduce alla camera da letto soppalcata e al bagno. L'ariosa cucina/sala da pranzo si trova dopo una breve scalinata ed è arredata in uno stile simile, con pareti parzialmente intonacate e mobili contemporanei/rustici. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, forno, grande frigorifero/congelatore e macchina da caffè. Inoltre, un grande tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie. Le doppie porte si aprono sulla terrazza. I visitatori in cerca di relax possono recarsi in una delle vicine spiagge del lago, tra cui la spiaggia di Cerro (7 minuti in auto), la graziosa spiaggia di Reno, adatta alle famiglie (5 minuti in auto) o la spiaggia di Arolo (4 minuti in auto), mentre la spiaggia di Guree è raggiungibile a piedi. Il porto turistico di Laveno Mombello (a 10 minuti di auto) offre anche taxi d'acqua, attività nautiche ricreative e un pittoresco lungomare con caffè, ristoranti, negozi e gelaterie. La città è famosa anche per la sua funivia, la "Funivia del Lago Maggiore" (12 minuti di auto), che porta i visitatori sul Monte Sasso del Ferro. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa (MXP), a circa 40 minuti di auto dalla casa.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an hervorragend und das Haus war durchweg sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkler als auf den Bildern dargestellt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Straße direkt nebenan sorgt für etwas Lärm, allerdings war dies bereits in der Beschreibung angegeben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

4 days trip with our child, we visited the isola madre, the lago maggiore and made the bike Journey around the lago di varese. The house is very well located and fully equipped, neighbours are charming (and french speaker !) Some mosquitos...but as everywhere else. Traffic on the road can be heard, but as we were not in the house during the day, it was not a problem.

It was a very beautiful home with a majestic landscape. The kitchen was well equipped, which was very good for cooking at home. We read that it can be quite noisy on the main street but that wasn’t what bothered us. When the water was used upstairs (shower, toilet or tap), the tap downstairs started running and made a very loud noise. Another important factor for us is good sleep, which was sometimes hard, because the bed squeaks with every movement and the windows upstairs have no curtains to darken the room. Despite that it was a very pleasant vacation for us and spent a lot of time at the beach.

The accommodation was very clean and easy to reach. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it convenient for cooking meals at home. The apartment has been nicely renovated, although some things bothered us. We were aware that the apartment wouldn’t be completely quiet, but the noise from the street is quite noticeable. In addition, the bed squeaks with every single movement, which can be a bit disturbing at night. Another point to note is that the windows cannot be darkened, which makes it difficult to sleep in once the sun is up. The shower unfortunately has very low water pressure, so only a small amount of water comes out. We also experienced an issue where, whenever the shower or tap upstairs was turned on, the kitchen tap downstairs would start running and make a very loud noise. There are some lovely beaches in the surrounding area, but they can only be reached by car.
