Este glorioso apartamento para 4 personas se encuentra en la segunda planta (con ascensor) de una elegante residencia histórica a pocos metros de la playa de Caprafico. En el lado occidental de la encantadora ciudad de Nervi, el apartamento goza de vistas ininterrumpidas al mar. Constituye una base ideal para unas vacaciones en la playa, combinadas con senderismo, y para explorar las ciudades costeras, así como la fascinante ciudad de Génova. El apartamento está lleno de luz y capta la brisa marina, ya que tiene ventanas en tres lados. La decoración es sencilla pero elegante, con suelos de madera y baldosas blancas y negras. El salón está amueblado con una combinación de piezas antiguas y contemporáneas, incluyendo un sofá esquinero, TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de centro. Las ventanas francesas dan al balcón privado con impresionantes vistas al mar de Liguria. El balcón dispone de sillas y mesa para que los huéspedes se relajen con una taza de café o tomando una copa al atardecer. El comedor separado del salón también goza de vistas al mar. Hay una elegante mesa de cristal con sillas y estanterías. La cocina adyacente es a través de un arco y decorado con tanto cuidado y atención como el resto del apartamento. Está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera y frigorífico/congelador. Hay una pequeña mesa con sillas para aperitivos rápidos. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y amplios armarios con espejos. Dormitorio 2: El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con 2 camas individuales y un armario. Cuarto de baño El atractivo y espacioso cuarto de baño dispone de ducha, bañera completa, 2 lavabos, bidé y WC. Adicional - Wifi gratuito - Balcón - Calefacción central - Ventilador - TV de pantalla plana - Lavadora - Secador de pelo - Apto para niños - Aparcamiento privado - No es necesario coche Ubicación Nervi fue una vez un pequeño pueblo de pescadores y los visitantes pueden ver el antiguo puerto, el Porticciolo di Nervi (5 minutos a pie), con sus restaurantes y paseos panorámicos. La residencia está convenientemente situada cerca de tiendas (supermercado a 2 minutos a pie) y otros servicios. Es un barrio animado de Génova. Llegar al centro de la ciudad es fácil, ya que la estación de tren de Génova Quinto está a sólo 3 minutos en coche del apartamento. Dos de los lugares de visita obligada de la ciudad son la catedral románica de San Lorenzo y la monumental Piazza De Ferrari. La vibrante zona portuaria de Génova (25 minutos) alberga el moderno Acuario de Génova, que merece una visita. Al igual que el vecino Porto Antico, un enorme espacio cultural con numerosos eventos, exposiciones y magníficos lugares para comer. Para los huéspedes que deseen relajarse junto al mar, hay varias playas y lidos a lo largo de la costa, incluyendo la Spiaggia di Caprafico debajo del apartamento y la Spiaggia Murcarolo, a sólo 7 minutos a pie por el paseo marítimo. El aeropuerto internacional de Génova está a sólo 30 minutos en coche del apartamento.

La casa è molto grande, bellissima, accessoriata di tutto (forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice etc.) la posizione sul mare toglie il fiato, il parcheggio è comodo e vicino alla casa, la spiaggetta sotto casa pratica e con un bel mare limpido, nelle vicinanze ogni tipi di negozio e servizio. Raggiungibili a piedi passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, porticciolo di Nervi, stazione ferroviaria, parchi verdi di Nervi, centro di Nervi......non credo si possa chiedere di più !

Casa bellissima ed enorme, posizione eccezionale. Posto auto in corte privata vicinissimo. Soggiornare qui è stato meraviglioso: la casa è dotata di tutti i confort, la cucina è ampia e cucinare è come stare a casa. Senza contare il plus dell'ascensore ! La terrazza sembra sospesa sul mare, sotto c'è una piccola spiaggia con acqua limpida, ogni servizio o negozio è disponibile a pochi passi ( farmacia, rosticceria, ristorante, bar, supermercato, erboristeria, fioraio, panettiere, enoteca, gelateria, prodotti tipici...) Ugualmente a piedi si raggiungono stazione ferroviaria, passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, centro di Nervi per lo shopping e i famosi parchi verdi, quartiere di Quinto....

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick vom Balkon. Hauseigener Steinstrandzugang. Supermarkt 1min entfernt. Mehrere Ventilatoren vorhanden (wenn man sie einmal im Schrank gefunden hat). Saubere Wohnung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Eigener Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Kontakt mit Happy Rentals Zentrale freundlich.

Location was excellent as the view was great and you could walk to several restaurants. Trying to find the key to get into the apartment was very stressful as the key was not located as described. I tried calling the property manager but he hung up on me, so I reached out via VRBO who put me in touch with someone else with the renting agency. He was not the property manager but was helpful. Parking was included but that was another headache to deal with as it was not as listed so after several emails back and forth we finally figured out where it was. In the apartment, the floor was really dirty as you could even see shoe prints and there was a weird moldy smell in the kitchen. The shower was not a standard shower and it did not work or if it did there were no instructions on how to use. There was a bathtub but had no stopper to hold water and it had a spray nozzle so you could shower but there was no curtain so bathing/showering was a challenge. The washing machine did not work which was really disappointing because that is one reason I chose to rent the place. I really needed to do laundry so had to wash everything by hand which is not really wanted to do on my vacation! The tea pot leaked and the coffee maker had mold in the bottom of it so I could not enjoy a coffee on the balcony like I had hoped to. Overall the apartment was spacious, in a good location, and it had an elevator so it could be a really nice place; however, I think it is sorely mismanaged.
