El apartamento de 3 dormitorios está a pocos pasos del Lido di Lugano, de la terminal de ferris de Cassarate y de varios restaurantes y bares. En la terraza privada del apartamento, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una cena al aire libre, mientras que en el interior pueden relajarse en un espacio totalmente amueblado y equipado con todas las comodidades esenciales. El Lido de Lugano y la estación de tren de Cassarate que lleva al Monte Bre, la cumbre más soleada de la región, están a sólo 5-10 minutos a pie. Mientras tanto, el centro de Lugano, el Parco Ciani, la emblemática Piazza della Riforma, el Trenino Turistico, el casino de Lugano y la lujosa calle comercial Via Nassa están a sólo 20 minutos a pie del apartamento de vacaciones. Para aquellos que quieran relajarse lejos de las multitudes, el Lido San Domenico y el sendero del Olivar para practicar senderismo a orillas del lago están a 8 minutos en coche o a 30 minutos a pie. Además, para una estancia sin preocupaciones, hay un montón de tiendas, restaurantes y bares. La parada de autobús más cercana es Lugano Cassarate, a sólo 2 minutos a pie. El aeropuerto internacional más cercano, Milán Malpensa, así como el impresionante Ponte dei Salti en el valle de Verzasca, se encuentran a unos 70 minutos en coche de este apartamento de vacaciones en Lugano.

Boreal B.1 was a great property for a family of five on an interrailing holiday. It was really well situated for the (Lugano) Paradiso train station, albeit that it is a short walk to the property up a steep hill. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was good, including a dishwasher and washing machine, but missing some of the utensils we have at home. Unfortunately the outdoor space had no furniture which was a shame as the view was beautiful. Aldi was a 10-15 minute walk away, although this is a steep hill. Bus stops were situated close to the property which made it easy to travel into Lugano.

Tolle, grosszügige Wohnung mit gut ausgerüsteter Küche. Lebensmittel können allerdings nur im Kühlschrank versorgt werden, da für ungekühlte Dinge wie Brot oder ähnliches keine Schränke vorhanden sind. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert! Der eigene Parkplatz ist Gold wert!

Super tolle Lage, nah zum Zentrum Lugano. Wir waren 6 Personen hatte zum Glück zwei Toiletten 😉die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Kann man nur empfehlen. Das einzige ,,negative,, keine Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern, aber sonst top👍
