L'appartamento con 3 camere da letto si trova a pochi passi dal Lido di Lugano, dal terminal dei traghetti di Cassarate e da diversi ristoranti e bar. Sulla terrazza privata dell'appartamento, gli ospiti possono cenare all'aria aperta, mentre all'interno possono rilassarsi in uno spazio completamente arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali.Il soggiorno moderno offre comodità per l'intrattenimento come una Smart TV e una biblioteca di libri e giochi. La disposizione è completata da un moderno tavolo da pranzo e da una cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina da caffè, frigorifero con congelatore, tostapane, forno e lavastoviglie a disposizione degli ospiti. Gli amici pelosi sono ammessi nel residence. Dormire Camera da letto 1: camera matrimoniale con armadio a muro. Il Lido di Lugano e la stazione ferroviaria del Cassarate che porta al Monte Bre, la vetta più soleggiata della regione, si trovano a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi. Il Centro di Lugano, il Parco Ciani, l'iconica Piazza della Riforma, il Trenino Turistico, il Casinò di Lugano e la via dello shopping di lusso Via Nassa sono a soli 20 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dalla folla, il Lido San Domenico e il sentiero degli ulivi per le escursioni sul lago sono a 8 minuti di auto o a 30 minuti a piedi da qui! Inoltre, per un soggiorno spensierato in autogestione, ci sono molti negozi, ristoranti e bar. La fermata dell'autobus più vicina è Lugano Cassarate, a soli 2 minuti a piedi. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino, Milano Malpensa, così come lo splendido Ponte dei Salti in Valle Verzasca, sono entrambi a circa 70 minuti di auto da questo appartamento per vacanze a Lugano.

Boreal B.1 was a great property for a family of five on an interrailing holiday. It was really well situated for the (Lugano) Paradiso train station, albeit that it is a short walk to the property up a steep hill. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was good, including a dishwasher and washing machine, but missing some of the utensils we have at home. Unfortunately the outdoor space had no furniture which was a shame as the view was beautiful. Aldi was a 10-15 minute walk away, although this is a steep hill. Bus stops were situated close to the property which made it easy to travel into Lugano.

Tolle, grosszügige Wohnung mit gut ausgerüsteter Küche. Lebensmittel können allerdings nur im Kühlschrank versorgt werden, da für ungekühlte Dinge wie Brot oder ähnliches keine Schränke vorhanden sind. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert! Der eigene Parkplatz ist Gold wert!
