I highly recommend this apartment and service from HappyRentals and special thanks to our host - Gianluca. We had a pleasure to stay there for 8 days and everything was perfect. Starting from location - it was quite close to beach and we loved to walk there every evening. Apartment was fully equipped, cosy and clean. Parking was spacious and easy. Instructions for self-check in/out were easy. Highly recommend this place if you are looking something close to Pisa.

Appartamento molto bello con tutto il necessario. Anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie. È consigliato seguire la raccolta differenziata porta a porta ma non è possibile rispettarla in pieno e a fine vacanza occorre portare i rifiuti alla zona ecologica. Questo aspetto a mio avviso è una scomodità.

Elhelyezkedés, a tengerpart távolsága. Az apartman elrendezése, nagysága. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A konyha jól felszerelt ( egyedül bögre hiányzott). A szállásadó rendkívül segítőkész volt mindenben.

Een nieuw en ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een (af)wasmachine. Via Whatsapp contact met de manager ter plaatse en instructies (met video\'s) ontvangen voor de aankomst. Sleutels zaten in een kluisje bij de ingang en de auto kon geparkeerd worden op een persoonlijke parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage onder het complex. Fles prosecco stond klaar als welkomstkado. Strand op 900 meter loopafstand, goed te doen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
